Positive experience
I worked with many very nice people who responded to may questions promptly. However I dealt with at least three or maybe 4 different people and I found that very confusing.

Shira has been handling my tax return for several years now and she has been absolutely fantastic. She's always quick to respond to my emails and is great at explaining complicated tax issues. I know I'm in excellent and comfortable hands with her.

Easy to work with from the initial phone conversation through the filing process. The portal to share information, forms, etc. was very easy to use.Answered questions in a timely manner.Suggested strategies related to foreign tax credit, filing status and other credits in a knowledgeable fashion.Lower fees than Big 4 firms, easier to work with and made suggestions that had been missed by large firm.

Great Service and Turn Around Time
The service and responses to my queries was fast and when I had a cheaper option, I got a call right away with an explanation of the benefits of staying with Woznica and even a material discount. Altogether great.I'll note that in the past I was not so pleased with the turnaround time to get some of my queries answered, or the time it took for my return to be approved. It was clear that there was a bottleneck at Pesach's level at the time. It seems that this has greatly improved and it is felt on the client side!
