Honest Review of Exterra Wellness Solace Mist
I was struggling with getting a good night’s sleep and my muscles feeling much more sore than usual. After researching what magnesium supplement spray to take, I decided on Exterra Wellness’s Solace Mist.I’ve been using the spray for a week now, and the application was super easy. About 30 minutes before bed, I apply the spray to the bottoms of my feet and massage it in. No greasy or sticky residue.I felt a slight tingling sensation when applying it the first two days (this is normal if you’re deficient in magnesium) but went away on the third day. After a week of use, within 10-15 minutes of applying the spray, I feel extremely relaxed and sleepy, which has made falling asleep super easy. I don’t feel groggy upon waking up and feel much more refreshed.I’ve also noticed it has helped relieve muscle soreness, especially in my shoulders.Solace Mist Spray has been a game changer for my quality of sleep and relieving muscle soreness.I highly recommend this spray for anyone looking to naturally improve their sleep and recovery.

The Solace Mist magnesium spray has been a total game changer for my quality and quantity of sleep. I used to wake up multiple times per night and was always tired.
