I have placed the order with express shipping but there is no tracking of order. I am constantly emailing and reaching out to the company on Instagram handle as well but there is no reply. Please avoid this company.
I liked my pearl necklace, the oyster it was a little smaller than expected. It took about 10 days to arrive after ordered which was good , it was worth the wait ,,a lovely pearl inside and the holder and chain was attractive too, a good purchase, very happy
Avoid at all costs I ordered this on the 6th Feb and has only arrived now just in time for next years valentines and then it came all in pieces you have to build it yourself hahaha what a disgrace make sure this company gets shut down.

Ordered the gift box and a necklace, I didn’t care about the wait too much. What I didn’t expect was to only receive the gift box and no necklace… I’ve been emailing this automated service for almost 2 weeks now and I doubt I’ll be getting the necklace or my money back. Save your time and money from these ad reliant companies and stick with Amazon or Temu. At least you will receive what you ordered.

I ordered custom bracelets a few years ago for my husband and I. We wore them everyday and they were in excellent condition until recently (we broke them by accident). I ordered new ones and they shipped so fast. We are very happy and pleased with our bracelets, again.
Took longer than expected to arrive so wife didn't get it for Valentine's Day. She was still happy with it. Never got a response from customer service after multiple attempts to contact.
I have been waiting an entire month for my order, and I have received absolutely nothing. No product. No proper update. No clear communication. Just silence. Waiting this long after paying is completely unacceptable. A serious company does not treat customers like this. If there are delays, you communicate them clearly and professionally — you do not ignore the customer. At this point, I feel ignored and disrespected as a customer. If this is how Fabulove handles paid orders, people should think twice before ordering.

I am very disappointed with my purchase. I paid £39 including shipping, and after receiving the item I found very similar products available on Amazon for around £5–£10. The company advertises heavy discounts (for example from £76 to £29), which feels misleading considering the actual market price of similar items. I have contacted customer service by email regarding a return but have not received a response. Poor communication and lack of support make this experience even worse. The product itself looks like a standard “pearl in oyster” kit that can be found much cheaper elsewhere. Please do proper research before buying so you don’t overpay like I did.
