Shockingly bad company they wont…

Shockingly bad company they wont respond to any of my emails, half my items got cancelled over a month ago still no refund and the other half got sent out a month late

Still no item

Unfortunately my experience hasn’t matched what’s being advertised here. Paid for expedited international delivery, missed delivery date, no customs notice, no delivery made, and the parcel is being returned. Currently being refused a full refund despite non-delivery. Hoping this can be resolved properly.Also meant to add: customer services were about as helpful as a chocolate teapot. Wouldn’t even read the information I placed in front of them

Ordered Xmas gift Dec 2 and was never…

Ordered Xmas gift Dec 2 and was never notified gift was lost. If I hadn’t checked company would have never notified me. Then to top it off (Diane) was rude on the phone and said “well we sent you the tracking info” no sorry no nothing. Very poor customer service!!

Avoid this company for kids presents....

Managed to get some hyped air toobz kids toy for my daughter...However the order has been cancelled... apparently due to "suspicious" order. however looking on facebook it seems others are in the same boat...Woke up this morning and they have taken money from my account even though order is cancelled.. assuming contacting my bank will be the next step to chargeback...absolutely no communication from their social media accounts/contact form.

If I could give zero stars I would - Don’t trust

If I could give zero, I would. They take your money and don’t deliver the order. They do not respond to customer contact via their online form, their email address or social media DMs. The only time I got a response was by commenting publicly on their posts calling them out, and even then the customer service was awful. Zero accountability for them purposefully ignoring all my contacts and failing to fulfil my order. They then said they hadn’t delivered because they had an issue with stock and despite the order showing available when being placed 2 weeks ago, with a 3 day delivery expectation, they had no stock to fulfil the order and still do not. They were holding my money and not letting me know the order wasn’t coming, ignoring my contact and my requests to cancel and refund. Don’t trust. I had to go public for them to finally cancel the order, still waiting for the refund.

Another company that cannot stop unwanted marketing

I ordered a couple of items for my goddaughters for Christmas gifts last year. They were probably a bit over-priced for what they were. But whatever. The order arrived on time and everything seemed OK. But the entire experience was marred by their careless handling of my personal data. Despite specifically reaching out to them by e-mail to ask to not receive marketing, and receiving a response assuring me that I was removed from their marketing lists, a year later I got an unsolicited catalog in my mailbox and had to waste more time calling them again to ask to be deleted. I really wish so many companies didn't feel entitled to treat customer data like a commodity. A customer should not have to ask more than once for privacy. But greed trumps all I guess. And it's ironic as I may have ordered from them again. But their clumsy data nailing practices have converted me into a never again customer.

Air toobz

My children received air toobz for Christmas and it has been a firm favourite ever since. Unfortunately in March the unit stopped working. I reached out to customer services (UK) and was really pleased with their help (Sally) and resolution.

False Advertising

I ordered Inchimals as a Christmas gift. The colors on the website appear vivid. They're not. When I called to ask about a return, I was told the smokey film of the package made them appear less colorful and so I opened the package. The colors are still DULL. But now I can't return the item because the package is opened. They said I might qualify for a credit if something is wrong with the product. They Lie. And I don't want a credit. This company DOES NOT HONOR their "100% Satisfaction Guarantee". Scammers!!

STAY FAR AWAY!!!! We ordered multiple Fat Brain toys for our kiddos for Christmas and every single one came with missing pieces and none of them were usable. Talk about a fun Christmas!Unfortunately, Trust Pilot sides with these corporate overlords, and won't allow you to post photos as proof anymore, so I guess you'll just have to take my word for it.If you'd like your kids to actually enjoy their Christmas and not cry for an hour because literally none of their toys can be used- definitely order from this dumpster fire of a company.🙄

Non existant customer service

Bought a teeter popper for my grand daughter. 2 weeks of use and 2 poppers sheared off!! Despite 9 emails (live in UK so phoning not viable option) no response from the company despite their website saying warranty for 12 months for defective goods. Still trying to get some satisfaction but definitely not optimistic!!! Would NOT buy from again!! Do appreciate things can go wrong but some customer service to sort the problem would have been sufficient!! Thanks Fat Brain- NOT!!!

False Shipping Times & Terrible Customer Service

When placing my order they give specific dates when it will be delivered, not estimates. I paid an extra $45 to have it overnighted by 10:30 am. They didn't ship the toy till the morning it was to be delivered.When I called customer service to get a partial refund on the shipping cost, they basically called me a lier. They said they don't ship past 3 pm on Fridays and not on the weekends and would look into why their page stated the dates that were provided to me...I doubt they will.They wouldn't provide any refund because they still have to eat the cost. But why should I have to eat the cost for their page providing me false info.Just terrible customer service.

Big Farm Peterbuilt truck, small part broken.

I ordered the Big Farm Peterbuilt Model 367 Logging Truck w/Pup Trailer & Logs on a Friday night, March 4, 2023 for my grandson. It arrived this morning, March 9, 2023, exactly when they said it would. It is an awesome truck and very well built. Everything was perfect with it, except the little bar in front of the drivers seat, behind the crane was broken off. I immediately called customer service and spoke with Katie. She is awesome. She assured me if they couldn't send me a replacement part, they would send me another brand new truck. She immediately called me back and told me they could send me the replacement part. I Immediately received an email with a tracking number, telling me replacement part had already been shipped. Kudos to this number one company, with excellent customer service. Katie, (in customer service) thank you so much for going above and beyond, you are a valuable asset to Fat Brain Toy company. Also, I am happy to know this is a United States company. I look forward to many future orders with this company. Thank you for making this a great company for senior citizens to order from, for grandchildren, and stress/worry free. Kudo's to Katie.

Have bought several toys from fatbrain…

Have bought several toys from fatbrain with good results until this last purchase. Ordered the Interactive Human Body, very disappointed. The product they sent me is about half the size of what it look like in the advertisement, must be the miniature version. I thought because of what looked like a reasonable large it would be fun for my grandson, now that I see it, it looks like it will be frustrating.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! Just got off the phone with Becky the Customer Service Specialist. They apparently don’t what customer service is. I ordered two gifts that were supposed to come yesterday and never arrived. UPS had no further information. I asked to reorder the items and have Fat Brain toys pay to have it here overnight so i would have the gifts on time for a party this weekend and Becky said no. I will never buy from Fat Brain toys again. This is why small businesses go out of business. So disappointed.

BEST TOY WEBSITE EVER

I've shopped for grandkids from fatbraintoys.com for the last 6 years. Not 1 complaint, I place an order and within a few hours the order is shipped. This year I placed on order on a Wednesday and it arrived on Friday! Shipping is across the board at $3.95! I have had to call CS to help placing an order to an AFO in Europe, rep walked me through the process and it shipped the next day! Grandkids ALWAYS love the gifts for Christmas/Birthdays and other adults always ask where do I find these items. Other retailers could take notice.....you listening Gap.com???
