I was looking for a cervical traction device after years of constantly having a stiff neck combined with working EMS lifting patients, equipment and also adding school into the mix being on computers at work and home my head was constantly in a down position I never knew "text neck" was a real diagnosis. I have been to a few chiropractors that have used manual traction and oh did it feel great I said only if I could experience this often without having to get adjusted frequently I'm not sure how I came across Dr. Fishers device but this was what I needed not expensive and has worked for me I just got the thing and my neck and lower back immediately feels different.

I absolutely love the lower back unit. I've had bulging discs in my lower back since I was 13, and after getting into powerlifting and CrossFit, I thought my back would be fine with the muscle build up. Well, that didn't happen and I hurt my back real bad in the gym last year (age 28). Went to the doctor, and 3 local chiropractors here in upstate New York; nothing changed. After going through 30 sessions of spinal decompression with a certified professional from March thru June for a severely herniated Lower disc and plenty of stenosis , I was looking for some type of home unit to help me continue with the progress of stretching/ decompression. I had seen the Fisher Traction unit on FB for the past few months and finally decided to reach out to the company , I sent a message on Friday morning via FB MESSENGER , almost immediately I got a response and it was Dr Fisher himself ! Wow ! By Friday afternoon he shipped me the unit , by Saturday afternoon it was at my home via overnight delivery , I was using the unit by 4pm Sat .Very impressed with the construction and the negative g force pull weight ! I purchased the stronger device and I'm loving it so far. It's really great to be able to take care of my back at home vs spending $120 per session at a local doctor's office. The place where I was going only went up to 115lbs of decompression and I needed more.It saves me time and money and is WAY more convenient. I first discovered Fisher Traction thru facebook when I saw one of Dr Fishers videos demonstrating both the cervical and lumbar traction devices. I was very intrigued by it, so I decided to contact his office and ultimately scheduled an appointment. After my 1st session with Fisher traction i noticed a huge difference/relief with my low back pain. In addition, my right side sciatica pain also was better as well. Just the other day, I was able to try the cervical traction for the 1st time and once again..what a difference. Both devices have made a huge difference with my low back n neck pain within a small period of time. Bottom line is, if you have any type of low back or neck issue you need to give a fisher traction a try! I did, and it was one of the best decisions Ive ever made! Thank you Dr Fisher!

This is why I am pleased to have the opportunity to evaluate and report on a product that I have used and personally benefited from. I do a lot of gardening, bending over, bending down, picking up flowerpots and a myriad other tasks. By the end of the day my muscles are tight and achy. That activity can be pretty rigorous, although during this coronavirus shutdown, gardening is a great mental and emotional salve. I started using the Fisher Traction Device for the Neck for 15 minutes a day to alleviate the tightness and discomfort. Then, as recommended by the creator of Fisher Traction for the Neck suggested, I went to 20 minutes a day, broken up into 5 minute intervals with a 1 minute rest in between. This routine has been very effective in my personal experience. Considering that I am a grandma “of a certain (undisclosed) age, this is an exercise I can do easily and consistently. Some home exercise routines involve a significant amount of setup time. The Fisher Traction Device for the Neck takes less than 5 minutes setup and take down time and the device takes minimal storage space, maybe 7 x 7 inches in a Ziplock bag for easy storage. That’s important to me. This device is worth the effort.

Ok, wow. In February I went to the hospital for some serious lower back issues. Given the current climate in our world, I’m unable to go to PT for recovery work. Normally I don’t pay attention to ads online, but this one got me. Great price, I need to do something other than stretch, let’s give it a try. Just received and used the full kit for the first time- OH MY what a relief! My lower back and neck feel decompressed, loose, and significantly more comfortable and mobile. This is an excellent tool, excellent design, easy to use and I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for low back or neck relief especially now during restrictions to health care services. I purchased the back Fisher traction. I have chronic lower back pain. With sciatic nerve involvement that runs all the way down my legs. After using this device just a few time I can already tell the difference in my back. Also, Dr. F is so nice. He answered all my questions and even gave me some recommendations. This is one of the best things I’ve ever purchased. It’s seriously changed my life. I’m 100% serious. Thank you Dr. Fisher!This is a review I left: I have had constant pain in my lumbar for three + years. After getting a MRI I had been diagnosed with a bulging disk. The pain would come and go to dull to very painful, but always constant pain. I’ve never had chiropractic treatments, to be honest I’ve always been very skeptical. I started watching a few YouTube videos how to get a good lumbar stretch. I tried a few but couldn’t really pull them off. I never imagined traction would help but I just thought a stretch may feel good for a few minutes. I also have never liked being upside down so an inversion table was out for me too. After a few ads from the Fisher Traction I decided to try it. I’m very glad I did! After just one or two treatments the pain was gone! It’s been two weeks now and I haven’t felt this good in years. I can bend over without fear. I sleep, dress, work, play all with no pain. I was super skeptical but I feel like I have a new lease on life. Thank you!
