I purchased a set of Ai41's in October of 2022. They started having issues in mid-2023 (less than a yr after purchase). Speakers had a loud whine and distorted sound. The company replaced these, after lots of demanded troubleshooting (replacing RCA Cables, Speaker Wires, RCA Connector to Subwoofer, and Optical Audio cable to TV) -- it was weeks of back and forth.The speakers failed again, in the same manor, a few weeks ago (under 2 months outside the limit 2yr warranty). Again, same troubleshooting steps performed, and a factory reset performed (Again). It did not resolve the issue.Unfortunately, as they where out of the 2yr warranty (by less than 2 months), the company refused to offer any support. Their best suggestion was to have an electronics repair shop look at them, or purchase a new pair.It pains me as a Canadian to say this, but under no circumstances would I purchase from this company. They make you jump through lots of hoops, and their support team has no leeway for anything (if you're 1 day past your warranty w/ issues? You're on your own).

Does not ship fragile items appropriately
Be warned that if you order a replacement stylus from Fluance, it will be shipped loose in a plastic mailer with no box or protective wrapping. My item arrived loose in the mailer with the plastic cover removed, leaving the stylus vulnerable to damage from transit. This is a careless and unprofessional way to ship an expensive product. Reading elsewhere online, this is a common occurrence. Do not purchase a stylus from Fluance - purchase from a different vendor who will send the item in its original packaging or at least protect it appropriately before shipping.

Awful company and fraudsters
Awful company and fraudsters. I ordered via Amazon a turntable. In the checkout it was not mentioning anything about import taxes, (it was showing zero) and when the product arrived in the destination country, I got to pay an additional $150 (product prices was $225 + $112 for shipping costs). Their customer service is not responding to my messages, and one answer I got from a person Dawn, she was answering like a chatbot. Now two weeks later and still I haven’t received the product, feeling that they stole my money and not giving me refund for delayed delivery (based on Amazons policy I am entitled). I contacted Amazon and they told me that they have a lot of complaints for Fluance as a seller and that I shouldn’t order again from them. They are scammers. Do not order from this company if you don’t want your money stolen. So now I paid a total of $500 for something that I didn’t receive.

Poor customer service
ordered speakers on Sept 14, 2023, received a confirmation number. On Sept 26 2023 I contacted customer support as my paypal account indicated "This is a temporary authorization to make sure your payment method will cover the payment. Your payment method will be charged when CWD completes your order."on Sept 27 I received response from Fluance Customer Service "There appears to be an internal billing issue when trying to process your order. Due to this error order 3000075648 was cancelled."I never received a cancellation notice, nor has PayPal notified me there was a issue. Although I have bought from Fluance before they have lost me as a customer.

DB12 subwoofer
I purchased a DB12 subwoofer that failed to work within a couple months. I finally contacted the company to help and they were unwilling to replace the unit. Ok fine… it was past the warranty period by a couple days.Then they recalled the unit for some defect, which was likely the reason my unit failed. After contacting them again, they were not willing to replace it because I no longer had the unit. Not fine…… this product was clearly defective, or they would not have recalled it.
