Account Shut Off and Can't Reach Support
I signed up as a travel agent and was enjoying using the service. Suddenly, my account was shut off. I can't access the portal and my email doesn't work. I also have no viability into the payments that I'm owed or tax documents. I've emailed a number of times, but no response whatsoever. There is no phone number listed anywhere.

Superior Customer Service experience
I have never been a customer of Fora Travel however my credit card info was compromised and used at Fora. I quickly discovered the fraudulent charge and contacted my credit card company and Fora Travel. I was extremely and pleasantly surprised by how quickly someone from Fora got back to me. Matigan King emailed me within 24 hours and was extremely helpful and cooperative. Put my mind at ease and let me know they were correcting the charge. By far the best experience dealing with customer service in any company. I would definitely recommend Fora to anyone simply based on my experience. They give attention to detail and prompt customer service. Thank Fora Travel and Matigan King!

If you are in the UK dont join
If you are in the UK dont bother. I did their information session before I joined and mentioned I was in the UK and they said there was no issue. Did loads of training only to find alot of the things I wanted to book are USA only.

My unforgettable experience at Punta Cana
I had the best life experience during my visit at Punta cana in Dominican Republic. The agent Cyril Orhierie, had everything pre-arranged for me and my family, Taxi pickup to and from Hotel, resort activities, jungle buggies rides roads and off roads etc

Helpful Platform for Travel Advising
Fora Travel has been a great platform to get started with travel advising. They provide tools, resources, and support that make it easier to connect with clients and explore the travel industry. I liked how simple the setup was and the guidance they offered when I needed help. Communication from their support team has been clear and professional, and they’re willing to help you get back on track.Overall, I’d say Fora is a solid choice if you’re serious about building a travel advising business. Just make sure you’re ready for the ongoing commitment.

Cancelled trip and no refund
My trip was cancelled with no refund. No refund from Kelly McCoy. No follow-up or support. Disappointed and feel betrayed with the service

No service received dishonest company
They will cancel last minute on you and also their so called advisor is dishonest Kelly MccoyI hope this company will be more transparent and fair with customersId be aware before committing your hard earned money I don't even know if they give refunds probably not?

We had a mixed experience with Fora…
We had a mixed experience with Fora Travel. I submitted a request for an agent to assist with hotels in Costa Rica. I did not hear back, but upon reaching out again was connected with Kris Weir. Kris was helpful in selecting two places to stay in Costa Rica. She stated she would excursion/tour recommendations prior to our trip but never did. Upon arriving at the second hotel, we discovered there was an issue with our room and the hotel had communicated the issue to the Fora agent, Kris, but she never contacted us. I also emailed Kris directly upon being informed of the issue by the hotel, but she did not respond (I did not have a phone number for her to call). To this day, I never heard one word from Kris informing us of the issue, giving us resolution options, or even apologizing for the error. She did not respond to any of my messages once we were traveling in country. To say this was disappointing is an understatement. Luckily we were able to resolve the issue at the second hotel on our own, but I will never trust Fora Travel again and cannot recommend it to others.

The best host Agency I had tried so far.…
Since I joined Fora Travel I have been very busy, exploring around everything they have to offer, it is a great learning experience. There is so much to do you don’t have time to get bored, they keep you alert and informed about all changes in the industry. They prepare you to improve your knowledge and business.. I am so happy to be part of Fora, I try no to miss any of the dailies webinars and teaching.. it is a very professional community and I am planning to stay as long as the are in business!

Exceptional Service for Croatia!

Working with Fora Travel is incredible!
Being an advisor with Fora Travel has been an incredible experience. They have great training videos and an incredible community that makes learning about the travel industry simple and interesting; finding answers to questions is always just at your finger tips. They have a great support team and their assistance with with managing commissions and payments with vendors is invaluable! It allows you to do the fun parts of being a travel advisor! Not to mention an incredible advisor portal with new product updates to help you manage your business.
