Excellent experience. The whole process took less than a week from when I sent the laptop to the payment actualizing. The only problem is finding a box to sent the machine in but that's not a complaint.

Quick & Easy Trade-In Process
I traded in an older ASUS laptop as I wanted to downsize to a 2-in-1 form factor. I chose Gadget Salvation because they offered cash and slightly more than what Best Buy was offering in a gift card. The process to start the trade in went very smoothly with a prepaid shipping label provided, and after they received the ASUS laptop they inspected and promptly approved and sent my funds over. Will definitely use again when trading in tech items!

Okay (but not great) experience
I sent in two laptops because I wanted to buy a new one & the original estimate for one was over $500. Unfortunately, after I sent the laptops (which was an easy process) their raters found a battery issue I was unaware of, which wouldn’t have been such a big problem…if the offer didn’t suddenly drop to $300! While I was disheartened, it was the best offer I was getting, so I went ahead and accepted.Basically - the company will give you the best offer for whatever your old electronics are worth but that’s not saying much.
