18 days from Purchase to Delivery in…
18 days from Purchase to Delivery in New Hampshire. The mini 4Tier shelf was surprisingly good quality. The 4 custom photos I sent them were printed on tiny 4 gloss sheets and very clear. It was all thrown in a huge ziplock for me to build, so both the 2 long side pieces of the shelf came broken into 3 pieces each and I had to hot glue those 6 pieces together for the sides on top of the normal 4 shelves I was expecting to glue together, which made the outside of the shelf sides look a bit ghetto and small cracks in it after gluing, but still overall a very adorable mini shelf with memory photos.

Scam
Scam. Ordered a MTG custom card with high quality uploaded picture of my husband and I. When i opened, I was very angry cause we don’t recognize any of us on it. Still gifted it to my husband who even asked who was the people on the picture… can’t blame him… We are both highly disappointed.

Funny that after writing this my order poped up. Will rise to 4 stars if arrive tmr otherwise my weekend ruined.Destroyed my valentines day as they promised the shipping would come before 14th still havent arrived, no major shipping company in Thailand has my order but said to cleared customs in 12th of feb..Been shipping for 10days now start to believe its a scam.Don't order from them its just a fake company with no actual intrest in giving you a product. If you see a ad from them on facebook etc. Better report as a scam so less people fall for it.

Ordered an item on 22nd of January and…
Ordered an item on 22nd of January and paid for expedited shipping of same. Nothing but frustration in watching them miss the dates for processing and eventually had to cancel the order today 13th of Feb. In doing so, they tell me the item was not even in stock…. Something they failed to tell me all along. My advice do not order from them.

Horrible horrible product and service!
Horrible horrible service. I ordered a view finder with clear pictures. Couldn't even recognize the pictures. Asked for a refund and they said the pictures were supposed to look vintage. And said as a good will jesture, they would refund $6 of the $26 I paid. I even offered to send back so they could see, which is what they should have done in the first place. No response! They are trash!!! Do not waste your time or money!!! I already sent you an email. And you only offered me $6 of the $26 I paid.

I can’t track my order…
I can’t track my order…. Every time I go to click on contact information or to track my order it just takes me to “page not found.”….. I am scared I got scammed and wasted my money…..

I hate to give poor reviews
I hate to give poor reviews, but the quality of this product (viewfinder) was terrible. I submitted perfectly clear photos, yet when looking into the viewfinder, the photos are a complete blur with the people totally unrecognizable. Complete waste of time and money.

A BUNCH OF CROOKS
Don’t touch them with a 10’ pole. They said my parcel was delivered. It wasn’t. Contacted their local delivery man. He didnt exist. They wanted me to jump through hoops. They finally sent me the “Cushion” . It is tiny; 8” x 3”. A bunch of crooks as far as I’m concerned.BUYER BEWARE!

This company is a fraud
We ordered ViewMaster reels for an event in February. The website said it would be delivered by February 14. After it was clear they hadn't even shipped it yet as we neared Feb 14 I was forced to pay an additional DHL express fee of $45 to ensure they were delivered before our event on February 21. When the reels arrived, they were garbage. The images were totally blurry with specks all over each image. Because we were using the images in the Viewmaster for a scavenger hunt, the reels were unusable. The company was difficult to reach. When I finally got an email reply back from somone named Quinn, he wanted to dicker back and forth about how much they would refund. In the end, I gave up and decided to warn others. Instead of being located in the Chicago area like their website said, when the package arrived, it came from China. The address in Chicago was not an office suite, as indicated on their website. It is a single apartment in an apartment complex. This company is a complete fraud and I wouldn't spend a penny on them ever again.
