Do not waste your time or money!
I ordered a set of the No Evil Trio candles from Candle Realm. When received the candles were completely broken. I reached out to Glitter Realm customer service, received no response, sent another email to customer service, was advised I would be receiving a new set and an email when the candals would be shipped out. Mind you, I send this email at the end of October and today is December 16th. I have not received my new set, an email or even a refund as I had sent an additional email stating I'd just prefer a refund as this was suppose to be a Halloween gift for a friend. I do not recommend purchasing from this company! Horrible horrible horrible customer service.

This company is a fantastic company,I order 2 bundle (same product) at different times these were pre orders so wouldn have been ready till they were in stock,the owner is such a lovely lady she refund me my second shipping cost (international) not many companies would do that for there costumers this company is all about make you happy with your order the product are amazing.also they have amazing couple there influencers promotion there products and show how well the product can be used before you purchase.well done to this company I would definitely recommend.

Glitter realm did not include the full order
9/3/2020 I ordered brush set along with a bundle, I’ve emailed about the brush set not being included at the delivery of the blush and bronzer bundle on 9/14/2020, and got a reply that it was shipped out separate. I emailed them back and asked for the tracking code so I could track it, and was responded with it was actually sent in with the blush and bronzer bundle. I have even sent a video of my son going to the mail box and pulling the small box out that is not big enough for a brush set to fit in. I also am prepared to send a video of the mailman only scanning that one little box, if they want to go as far to say it was a separate package on the same day. It’s shady and now I’m not even getting a response to the email of me asking for a refund. It wasn’t delivered and they know it wasn’t shipped . I have a different tracking code that says invalid tracking code sitting here as well.. so obviously they either have too much going on and can’t keep track of what they’re sending or they’re ripping people off.. but I’m trying to be positive and hoping they just need extra help. Either way.. there has to be a phone number for someone to get a hold of them and I can’t even get a dang phone number. I want my money back or I want my brush set sent out like I ordered. I’m a single parent and I work my butt off for my money, and I don’t like the feeling of being taken advantage of and ripped off.

I love how fast glitter room gets their products out and I love how easy it is to contact our customer service to fix any concerns you might have and I love the awesome products from Paul and Jen I didn't know about their price until glitch b**** which is so amazing I got about eight of those and then they have the sponges I got about five of those thinking of their amazing Metals Isle of the blest the blush is so amazing I don't wear makeup a lot but I wear the blush everyday especially on lips is so beautiful I got about five bundles in about six brushes thank you so much call Jen and Glitter Love you guys are amazing

I have purchased the blush and bronzer collaboration. I pre ordered and had excellent communication with the company letting me know when items would ship. My items shipped in timely manner and arrived in perfect condition (packaging surpassed expectations.) The bronzer is by far the best i have used. Compared to others the texture is smooth and creamy, blends better than others on the market. The blush is outstanding, the color is unmatched.
