Bait and switch
I ordered rose arrangement for my niece's wedding in India. The arrangement looked very nice on the picture on their website. When I saw the wedding pictures with the flowers that was delivered I was shocked to see it was not even 1% close to what I had ordered. First of all the flowers were all gerberas instead of roses. Second it was so shabbily arranged. It was supposed to be 4 ft. tall covered with roses from top to bottom. It was 4 ft tall but elevated by two flower pots just to make it tall and flowers were only on the top. I just could not believe what was ordered and what was delivered. I sent a couple of emails and they were never responded to. Very sad to see this bait and switch tactic the company practices. Will never use their services in future.
