Ted Ark is one of the most professional and customer service oriented person I have ever worked with. I found Ted through a Google search, so naturally, I was hesitant. However, after our initially conversation, I knew my search for a mortgage rep was over. I expressed my unique situation and Ted was understanding and never hesitated to offer assistance. The market is hotter and more competitive than ever, so there were numerous times where I had to request last minute changes to offer letters and pre-approval letters. My husband and I reached out to Ted to inquire about refinancing when we saw the record-low rates in the news. Since we have known Ted for years (we had the pleasure of having him as our landlord), we knew we’d be in good hands as we asked for advice. Ted gave us options and scenarios to consider—without any pressure to use him—as we decided whether it was worth it for us to refinance. It turns out refinancing made sense for us so we really hoped to use him. Considering the huge demand for mortgage services right now, however, we weren't sure if Ted would have time to help us; lucky for us, he made the time and we couldn’t be happier!
