I,have been asked to quote an order number on one of their replies. Having through about it.the wallpaper had a returns label in each box. Wndn i returned the three rolls I completed the order number on each label. Some one in your company is not doing their job. I await a full refund of £27.98. Without any further delay line three should read when I

I have decorated my lounge with the Atelier geo wallpaper . I loved it that much I bought the Atelier stripe stone wallpaper for my hall . I absolutely love it . I’m now hoping someone can help me as my husband put the left over wallpaper in the rubbish bin and a few days later I have just noticed he missed a bit above the door. If anyone has a piece of atelier stone stripe they could let me have I would be extremely grateful. I am willing to pay for postage . Size needed 33inches wide by 24 inches . If anyone can help can you please email at eleanor.telford@icloud .com. I am willing to buy a spare roll of wallpaper if anyone has one . Thank you in advance
Ordered a lovely paper from Amazon to be sent direct from supplier. The paper has a huge match so ordered an additional roll however on actually cutting the rolls the decorator realised I should have ordered 2 extra so I did what I though was best and before I had the decorator hang the paper I purchased an additional roll and messaged the supplier to ensure they could supply a roll and matching batch number. They messaged back confirming the batch number matched. Given this information I asked the decorator to commence hanging what he could and to come back when the extra roll arrived to finish off at additional cost. The main area is now decorated. The order was cancelled on the day delivery was due as not in stock. I complained I was assured that the paper could be supplied and they responded to say now back in stock and re order. Did this and again days later cancelled. Now I see the paper is out of stock with all shops due to being issued straight from supplier. I now have to face removed the entire staircase landing and half the hallway and replacing with something else at more cost not to even mention paying for it to be hung again. It’s disgusting service and a shame to a brand I always held in high regard. Families can’t afford to start over. We saved a long time to purchase this paper to start with. Going forward I would recommend everyone to avoid. Feedback was I should have ordered extra at the start. Who knew I would need 2 extra rolls and if they hadn’t confirmed they could supply I would have returned the unopened ones and gone with something else.
Ordered 3 rolls of patterned wallpaper on 13/03/25. Paid a decorator to carry out the decoration. On 2nd day of him working (25/03/25) the 1st roll was put up. Next 2 rolls checked and noted they were different batch numbers. Spoke to customer services and asked for a replacement roll with the batch number i needed. They checked the stock and could see it was available. They ordered me a replacement roll and it was delivered the next day. This was the decorators last day with me. When the roll arrived it was the wrong batch number. I contacted customer services again who checked the stock. They told me that if i wanted a specific batch number i would have to wait for up to 5 working days. This i had to do which was inappropriate given this reputable company. The correct roll was eventually received 4 days later. My decorator was booked up for 2 weeks. I have only just had him back round to complete the job. This was an additional cost to me for his time. Very disappointed the company sent out rolls of wallpaper with different batch numbers given the expense (£95 per roll).
I purchased 2 canvases just over a month ago, which have turned yellow from the daylight. Having brought this to the attention of the company, they don't want to know and won't resolve the issue. They are quick to take your money but not help when there's a problem. Steer clear of this company at all costs. I've had to purchase 2 more canvases to replace these damaged ones which weren't cheap. Please don't use this company.
I bought direct online as they had the most comprehensive returns policy. It was supposed to arrive within 5 working days. It wasn't despatched until the 5th working day. Contacting their customer service (semi-literate bots) was useless. The item was very poorly packaged in a box with no protection, twice the size of the order, and not even sealed properly. Considering they make a point of stating absolutely no damage to items or packaging if you want a refund of excess rolls, that is poor. At 20% off, the wallpaper is about worth the price due to the unique design. There are papers at 50-60% of the full price price point that are of equal or better quality. The refund process was OK. Returns are free if you drop them off. They state 15 working days, a length of time you would expect from an overwhelmed eBay trader, but it was refunded within a week of receipt. You cannot track the return, it was just refunded with no message. Of course, I ensured that my return parcel was far better packaged than the one I received, to save the risk of them saying some were damaged.
Bought paint online from Graham and Brown Majestic in there ultra durable Matt emulsion. I bought a 2.5l tin knowing that would be enough for what I needed. Obviously I was wrong it took 3 coats to get the walls not to look patchy. After contacting Graham and Brown customer service I was basically told that it wasn't the paint at fault but how I used it. I was then given a list of exactly how I should apply there paint. I did inform there customer service person that they should update there tins and there website with the instructions for using there paint. I'm disgusted not only with the product but with there so called customer service. They have ensured that I will never be buying there products again. Bad product and even worse customer service.
Ordered Paint and wall paper. Both arrived on time and quality of both products was spot on.... only complaint is I used the wallpaper calculator and had a full roll left (with about 3/4 of another)...... though used the return label in the box and money was refunded for the extra roll I had. Would use again
Purchased paint from G&B several times now but very disappointed this time round.Paid a not cheap £40+ for 2.5l of Dungarees. Lovely colour but the tin was poorly mixed. I had to stir the deep blue dye for 10 minutes + to get an even mix. Not very good considering the cost. It clearly was not mixed correctly when produced or had been sitting for far too long prior to despatch.
Bought paper and paint, to be fair the paper was ok, the paint however is awful. Patchy horrible finish, complete waste of money. Avoid. I used Londinium Matt emulsion.
Good quality, good wearing paint in contemporary and classic colours.
Paper is gorgeous. Was delivered quickly and is of good quality. Looks great on the wall
The most expensive and worst quality wallpaper I've ever bought...utter rubbish. I bought 2 lots of this for different rooms and, in all honesty, the replacement wallpaper I had to buy from Wilkinson (Wilkinson!!) is a third of the price and a hundred times better. I'd seriously recommend shopping around before buying from Graham and Brown.
Used their paint calculator and their coverage directions on the tin to decide how much to order. Ordered the correct amount but in the end, after the 2 coats they suggested and following their advice, had one tin unopened. Tried to return this (I had checked before ordering they accepted returns) and was told paints and wallpaper can't be returned or refunded. A bunch of money grabbers hiding very important information in the small print and making you buy more paint than you need. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!
> The one that best sums up my own experience, the people who ordered 'thunderstruck grey' and got purple, or vice versa.Bumbling.And who do we blame when no one can get anything right? When you can't trust what you're paying for? We're only just coming out of the EU, can't blame that. But can say we've been dependent on others for too long. No one has any skills now. No one has any artisanal ways about them. Maybe it's time. Est. 1946? Prove it. Make your parents and your grandparents proud, and so it goes~~[Ordered more paint after, in two sample pots, to try and finish the last wall, shade sent was of course not matching and could never be matched. Had to repaint the 'feature wall' in white with Valspar and then ordered what I suspected could be the shade - either 'Burnt Saffron' or someone else suggested it was more like 'Lioness' - and that was wrong (and, frankly, a horrendous shade and coverage), it also smelled like cat piddle, exacerbated by the temperature, when the sun hit the wall or the window was open, and I had to sponge the wall down with white spirit vinegar to destroy the bacteria or whatever was variously ascribed to be causing the smell. After this, Lioness, I decided I could not stand the shade and have just repainted the wall, white, two coats of Dulux, and have opened the tin of Burnt Saffron; applied a bit, to be sure, but same smell, and greasy, oily, drippy, water-based, watered-down rubbish, a worse shade than the Lioness, like tan schizophrenic wall smearings or used diaper contents, and really not anything like the website comparison or how it looks fresh in its tin.Graham & Brown are a crooked, thieving disgrace. Possibly a slow and graceless fall into administration.Although I did wonder, which bothered me, if it was the old couple who started the business in '46 who are no longer able or operational at their craft and have failed to realise it.I am stopping, I am fuming, more ways than one, with this noxious, 'eco-friendly', nu-toxic paint (or neuro-toxic, from the feels of it).Gonna vinegar and white over that test patch, which is luckily just a top corner, and get some farrow & ball or some other brand, or at this point just regress into a feral state and finger paint (hand print) the wall, make it arty and stress-relieving, and never look back.]
Ordered samples 10 days ago, received confirmation email. The email said a second email would be sent on shipping, which was never received. I went on to see the status of the order and it says it was delivered, but it never was. There's no option to call anyone, only an online form found after much searching (there's no contact option on the support website they direct you to in the order email). From the website it looks like a high-end local company, it's not, it's a global business with no access to follow-up support.
Really poor customer service. Ordered paints and didn’t hear back from them for 2 weeks, have to contact them myself to ask what is going on with my order. The explanation I got was that they are busy due the current climate. I do get that it’s exceptional times, but there are still companies out there that look after their customers despite pandemic
Excellent quality product but repeatedly requested a refund for £120 for goods returned. Told over and over again that the refund has been processed but never received the money. Sad that the company is behaving like this. Have no choice but to pursue reimbursement through formal routes. I’d have to advise people to avoid this company on this basis unfortunately.
