Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, sent me a damaged item then ghosted me!Bought an item in January took nearly 7 months to fulfil with very little by way of updates. I tell them I want to cancel the order but they send it anyway so I just accept it.When item arrives the item is damaged and has a cut in it. I send several e-mails to their e-mail account and instagram and facebook initially replying then ignoring me despite sending photos.Item clearly made on cheap paper as I merely unroll it carefully and item is already damaged beforehand. These guys are so unprofessional they sent me a damaged item and then ignored me, buyer beware
