A friend bought me the Starship Triple…

A friend bought me the Starship Triple Vape Cart. I was excited to use it I bought 3 brand new carts from the dispensary. When I opened the package the Battery was dead, so I did a full charge on before using it. I was able to hit it like 3 times before the battery went dead which I thought was weird, then when I put it back on the charger, it charged in like 2 minutes. At that point I could tell something was wrong with the battery. After it charged for a second time I took it off the charger and went to hit it again and the battery just died. It won’t preheat and you can’t even get the thing to keep a charge, after contacting Hamilton devices and reaching out, they want me to do all this troubleshooting stuff and they want me to buy 3 new carts for a battery that doesn’t work. It like they are making it hard for you to return a device they know is defective. In their own warranty terms it states “ Hamilton devices here by guarantees this product for six months, free service from the date of purchase against any deficiency or fault manufacturing according to the following terms and conditions: 1. The defective item must be returned within six months from the data purchase 2. the defective item must be returned with a warranty card, original purchase receipt or order number. All which I have. I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL. If I could give the rating in the negative I would.

$140 bucks down the drain.

If I could give them zero I would. I've bought 2 $70 batteries for my cartridges and both have had problems with the atomizer to start and I would have to mess around to get it to work. Until it just got worse & worse till the damn things stopped working. My first one last a lot longer than my 2nd one. I thought maybe i got a bad one as my first so i went and got another one. Like I said the 2nd didnt even last a long as my first one. Very disappointing! And such a waste of money. The only thing I like about them is the battery last a long time (probably because I couldn't get it to work most of the time) and it was compact not a stick in my pocket. However they arent getting another dime out of me. Spend your money else where and screw their 6 month warranty

Horrible customer support beware of this company

I needed a new supplier for vaping supplies and tried Hamilton Devices, a little pricier than my last provider and had what seemed like excessive shipping and handling. I tried a small order, shipping and handling was as much as the cartridges I ordered, just to try them out. FedEx delivered when I was away. I had left a note by my condo mailbox that a neighbor was collecting my mail and deliveries. FedEx ignored the note. When I returned I had a final notice after 2 attempts by FedEx. I called and had one day to drive 90 minutes round trip to their facility and I did not have the time to do so that quickly. I contacted Hamilton Devices and got no help. They stated the delivery provider was supposed to make three attempts, they did not, and they would not contact FedEx to have it redelivered before it was sent back to them. They would not replace the non delivered order. I asked for the devices I paid for or a complete refund, they refused. Their customer service is horrible. It took 5 days for them to answer my inquiry and now the package is back with them. It was a $16 order and they want me to pay $22.50 to have it reshipped to me. I am contacting the credit card company and the BBB about these rip off artists. AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!

Horrible customer service - Won't honor warranty on never working brand new device.

I bought a device - brand new - from a local retailer. The Cloak. When I got home to use it - it did not work. Out of the box, after charging overnight, still not working. I have tried it with 6 different carts - still no go. When I have it plugged in - there is a faint rapid flashing light - but according to my charger - it is only drawing .1w - the unit is defective. Period. When I reached out to the manufacturer to take advantage of the warranty. I was told because I did not buy it from their website - the warranty does not apply. Even though the warranty card in the box makes no reference to this only applying to purchases online - I was then told that it is an old warranty card. Ridiculous. So - they will not honor the warranty under the terms I bought it - so this company gets a zero from me. They don't even realize it was for a magazine article review.

They stole from me

They shorted my order by a lot of disposables and reached out 5+ times to either get a refund or the disposables and they legit won’t even respond…is that even legal?

Great device.

Jetstream What a machine at first I received one that didn't work and was sent another one and shortly after bought the mini jetstream and shortly after receiving the mini both started to fail once again and I sent many emails until they responded to me and and what a happy day to know that they on warranty and I had only to pay shipping Which is not cheap but 100% worth it thanks .

Excellent customer service & products

First purchased a Tombstone from them in 2023. USPS accidentally returned to sender after I wasn't home to sign at 1st delivery attempt. I emailed customer service, and they immediately responded that they would resend order after it was returned. USPS tracking showed that they re-sent it to me a day after they received the return, no problems. After their quick service & good quality, I purchased a Tombstone v.2, which has also worked well & was sent promptly. Looking forward to my new Jetstream order!

Their customer support is worse than…

Their customer support is worse than nonexistent, they will lie to you that your package was shipped while not giving you any tracking info, and then they will just stop answering.UPDATE: Well, their support was able to provide me with a screenshot of tracking so I was able to figure out it's Fedex. And I've got the parcel finally. So updating to 3 stars, since the product is all right. Customer support is still bad.

Over $300 worth fraudulent charges

Purchased a Cube vape battery from Hamilton Devices yesterday. Now today I have over $300 worth of fraudulent charges on my card. Luckily all of which were stopped by my bank but now I am required to get a new card and new card info because of this.

This product is trash

This product is trash. Mostly weak on highest setting, non stellar battery life, absolute garbage glass pieces, and poor design. The bubbler broke the 1st night just pulling off the battery. With the way the coil works this is best standing straight. However, it's easy to knock over standing straight. The first knock over on a counter broken bubble mouthpiece and the second glass part is broken. Far too fragile. The glass parts are far too fragile for practical portable use. The battery along with the hits are weak. It's great you get a case that you will never use to offset the cheap rig. My glass parts lasted less than one week. Replacement parts? 25% of a replacement that are guaranteed to be broken in a month.

Shipping rates are absurd

Shipping rates are absurd. You could send this in an envelope... 12 bucks to send something the size of a cigarette is utter nonsense. Be honest about your painful prices, or find a better way to move something so small.

I've ordered over 300 ccell 1ml ceramic…

I've ordered over 300 ccell 1ml ceramic threaded cartridges in total over the last year or two, and haven't had a single complaint yet, shipping is pretty fast, but I've never had to deal with customer service, so i can't really speak for that.

My Hamilton Devices has been nothing but Top notch

Sad seeing all these comments with low ratings on a business you’ve come to know so well. I’ve had nothing but the best from HD. It sounds like a few of the lower rated comments might’ve had a few mishaps on their part 🤷‍♂️. HD has been in the cart business for awhile now and I’m willing to bet, HD hasn’t lasted this long by doing bad business either. It’s crazy how many people done forgot just how far Trust and respect go in this industry and HD has been nothing but Respectful and most importantly, Trustworthy when I needed them to be and by no means necessary should you ever mistake their kindness for weakness and confuse them for a company that enjoys the handling of people’s bs, What I mean is… You’d be better off, Admitting fault and asking for whatever help they can offer. Maybe suggest doubling your next order so neither party loses much $ 🤷‍♂️. I’ve been in business with HD for 5yrs + and have yet to have an issue that they wasn’t willing to fix or make right. However that Zico cartridge someone previously mentioned in their review, IS a newer budget style cartridge and you can tell it’s budget friendly because it’s 90% plastic and most of us already know what terps or hi-voltage batteries do to plastic carts🤷‍♂️ buy hopefully nobody else makes the mistake of filling all the carts at once without testing the first one and 2nd, 3rd. That mistake cost me the most in my rookie days. However HD has been nothing but good to me and my company and is known for their no fuss quality and I will continue to use them till I can’t

Purchased 100 of the new Zico carts and…

Purchased 100 of the new Zico carts and so far 13/13 have all leaked (and one completely melted on me). I've tried leaving a review at their site but they won't let the review go through. They're only letting 5 star rating go through of course. There is a review there currently that is 3 stars with someone stating the all his carts leaked too.I was polite with my first email to hamiltondevices but they ghosted my email. No response even after a second one.I've used other cartridges from them in the past, and I must say they work excellent. They are not letting any true reviews come in on their site. If anyone has purchased these and they have worked 100% I'd really like to here from you (even if you work at hamilton, because you guys can't admit when a product is bad) and your way of making them work.Anyway poor customer service regardless of the product. I have pictures of the melted cart and the leaking one if anyone wants to see them, just request in comments.

Devices stop working

Bought two Shiv vaporizers that worked great for about 5 months and then all of a sudden none of my cartridges work anymore and I get the error "Check Atomizer." Not even worth dealing with the warranty return process. Just never buying from them again.

Awful customer service

Had an awful experience with customer service. Never received my order…finally refunded me after weeks with no logical explanation as to why the order was never shipped

I purchased the Nomad from Hamilton…

I purchased the Nomad from Hamilton devices. The glass is way too fragile and broke on the first use. I wrote a review at this time and it was never posted. After very, very little use the battery stopped heating the coil. Contacted the company through email and they told me to "send a video showing what the device is doing". Really? The damn thing doesn't work. I wrote another review after this and they haven't posted it either. In fact, their website has NO 1 or 2 star ratings because they won't post them. You will be disappointed if you do business with these guys.

Packages are not their problem apparently

Company shipped a pack to me that was lost in the mail, they refused to help with it, Even though to file a claim requires their documentation, they basically said "not our problem, good luck." 2 months later and I'm still waiting for a shipment or a refund and I still don't have what I need to go to the post office to get an insurance claim filed. This was a small purchase to see how it went and to try out the cartridges, needless to say will not ever spend money with them again plenty of other people who will stand behind their packages. IE basically every other company that works off the internet.

Their batteries are garbage

Their batteries are garbage . . . Do not buy batteries from this company, they don't work and instead of refunding you the outrageous shipping they charge you, they will charge you a restocking fee, to keep the scam going.

They dont work immediately upon purchase

I have purchased a total of 4 large vape batteries with the screen. Each one says "Check atomizer" upon opening. I cleaned them and toyed with the cartridges that screw in, and still Issues.. 4 batteries didn't work immediately upon purchase and still dont work..
