Had a parcel of 4 issues of warhammer 40k combat patrol undelivered (lost in transit, stolen from doorstep, who knows).I reached out to Hatchette regarding the missing package and Nikita promptly let me know they would replace the delivery with 0 hassle.Im happy with the service overall with only this 1 small hiccup in, i think, 19 deliveries over a year and half.

I get the crochet issues. Always get fast response to any queries. I'm a beginner and the first few squares were difficult but perseverance pays off. It seemed expensive initially but there's lots of projects and loads of extras. I really enjoy it and can't wait for the finished throw.

Hatchette Dalek build great so far.
I am 7 months into the Dalek build. It is scheduled to be 3 years total. Everything has been great so far. Stages are delivered every 30 days and they are each packaged very well. They provide extra screws which is much appreciated. The Dalek used quality parts and is going together very well. Only concern I have is the solder connections on the small motors and lights seem very fragile and people have reported having them break off (repairable), nothing has come apart for me though. I handle them carefully.

I have had a few problems which the complaints dept have been dealing with people like Jacqueline and Milly, mostly sorted now, they have been great if sometimes a little slow, better now as they seem to have more staff.

If I had my way they wouldn't be getting a 1 ! Placed an order on the 23rd of August it did state a confirmation email could take 24 hours so I waited. Checked 2 days later and no active orders were still showing. So I contacted them through their website and spoke to someone called Milly who asked me send proof of payment to customer service which I did. Still up till now I've not heard back off customer service and still no update on my order. Terrible company

I liked the crochet magazines and have almost completed the blanket. I`m very pleased with it. I had no issues at all with the magazine. It was really good. However, I am not so pleased with the dolls house. The magazine, the instructions and parts were good. Unfortunately, there were 4 issues I could not get hold of. So the house has remained unfinished. I`m disappointed. I was making it for my grand-daughter.

Great magazines for Disney crochet. I bought the first issue in the shop over a year ago to start learning crochet. I didn’t have much hope but here I am a year on and I’m excelling at crochet.
