HED wheels are absolutely the best I've used…
HED wheels are the best and I've used mine with various updates for the past 15 years in all my triathlons. Aero and totally stable in any wind strength. And HED customer support has been so welcoming, helpful and completely informed on all their products, making purchasing and race day choices so much easier.

My HED front wheel broke a spoke for no…
My HED front wheel broke a spoke for no good reason and I was stranded on my bike in a remote location for 4 hours on a cold December day. HED charged me to repair my wheel and I have been distrustful of HED since this incident. I have now purchased HUNT wheels to replace the HED wheels as result. HED is also no longer supporting traditional campy cassette bodies and this is very bad.

Not impressed
First, I'm not sure why I'm receiving this now. I purchased a wheelset about a year ago. Second, that wheelset came with the wrong valve stems (too short for the rim depth as confirmed by HED). Upon calling HED, I was told that I'd receive replacements. Over a month later, still no replacements. I guess I'm not important.You've got really nice people and really slick marketing material. However, without exectution, I have no reason to consider HED for future purchases. Whatever the outcome of this experience, I will most certainly let all my fellow cyclists know how it pans out.By the way, I'd still like to receive the valve stems.Mark

Here’s the deal great except for compatibility these days with the old and the new traditional Brakes
Here’s the deal. I really like your products, but I’m having trouble with obsolescence.I wore the rim out completely on one of the deep dish, we searched the lawn and wide to find a new rim and I rebuilt it on your hub 24 spoke to make an 11 which I can’t seem to find any more of.So I’m preparing to maybe have to take that bicycle back to TenBecause at 10, you still have the Tri book available around?If you have any other solutions for my problem, please let me know. Then I can give you full rating.

Disc Wheel, stem sold separately I guess, customer service silent
Purchased a disc wheel. Shipped out very quickly. However, it didn't come with a valve stem and I inquired via the email for support and got no answer. So, I then ordered a stem separately and had to pay $15 shipping and it arrived damaged and unusable so I reached out again to support and again got no answer. Great looking wheel, cant wait to ride it, big fan of HED wheels. Just disappointed in the lack of customer service.
