I bought 6 rangers. They were fun, until a battery went out.I’ve now been trying to purchase since November and continuously am being told two more months. Now two batteries are dead- these bikes useless garbage without batteries.I’d recommend finding bikes were it’s easier to replace batteries

We purchased a Heybike Mars 2.0 on December 4, 2025. After only three months of light use, the motor completely stopped working. The bike was very well cared for — always garaged and only ridden occasionally.When we contacted Heybike for support, we were told they would not cover the issue under warranty and that we would need to purchase a new motor for $300 plus $100 shipping. This was especially disappointing considering we also purchased the extended warranty directly through their website.Unfortunately, Heybike has not stood behind their product or their warranty. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this brand.

Not even a month of purchasing my bike…
Not even a month of purchasing my bike and the rim cracked. It's obvious its a defect because it cracked where it was welded. I was asked to remove the tube and if the tube is leaking air then they'd replace the tube. Im not worried about the tube, im worried about the crack on the rim!! Warranty is doing anything and everything from having to replace the rim. I also purchased a different brand a month prior and have had no issues. Im regretting not purchasing the same brand. Lessened learned and will never purchase or refer to anyone. Now the bike is sitting there hardly used and I will end up having to purchase the rim myself or the bike will be a complete waste!!

Best Customer Service EVER!!!!
I recently purchased the Mars 3.0, let me just start out with the bike itself blew my mind right out of the box! Easy to assemble and my first few miles had me ready for the adventure! Then I folded it up and took out the battery. It had damage. I immediately reached out to Heybike and Lynn with customer service guided me thru the whole process of not only getting it replaced, but offered for me to keep the original as a spare (I will have it inspected first!), and even gave me a $50 gift certificate for a new accessory! By far some of the BEST customer service I have ever received....AND I'm picky! Thanks Heybike, and Lynn, for making this purchase a great one!

Unless you r riding in rough rural…
Unless your riding in rough rural environ off road I'd advise not getting the 5" tire there are options for off road/commuter. Customer interface is adequate response's timely though not necessarily what you want to hear. The derailleur came undone (drove it less than 2 miles) on a test drive hauled it to repair shop made adjustments (fingers crossed). I'm a septuagenarian (70's) first e bike can't compare to other e bikes," this day and age it is what it is". 3 stars was a compromise between two and a half for three.

My Heybike Mars 2.0 arrived damaged. I submitted a claim and they did nothing. The only positive thing is I got the bike on sale so I'm only out $1, 000. Would not recommend going this company.

HEYBIKE is like family. They really take care of there customers , the customer services and support teams are phenomenal. I really use my HEYBIKE RANGER s 750w every day on a 16 mile commute and its always reliable with over 1100 miles on the odometer and counting. And the 2 year warranty is unbeatable. Rachel with the customer service team is an amazing service writer and representative of the company.

Stay away from heybike
The bike itself wasnt bad, but the warranty is absolutely useless. They cover the frame and that it. They are not serviced anywhere and if you have a problem the replacement parts cost as much as bike. Have have 2 motors go down and there charger melted and smoked a battery. If your willing to keep fingers crossed and hope you wont lose you 1000$ then go for it

HEY I love my bike
I researched many bikes on the beach and watched video reviews on YouTube. I decided on HEYBIKE because of the step thru style and quality. The order process was simple . Customer service answers the phone all the time and support responds to your needs . I purchased the Ranger S 1000 in blue and get compliments everywhere I go. As a matter of fact three freinds just ordered Ranger's online just as simple as I did.

Mars 3 has arrived very fast. Assembly was easy and quick. Test drive was smooth. This is my third HeyBike eBike. In many ways Mars 3 supersedes my Tyson model which is already very good. This is a substantial improvement over Mars 2 that I also have for my family. All in all I am very happy with this product.

This is my third E-bike I sold my first one , and keep my second one in Vermont , we bought 2 Rangers 750 , and we could not be more satisfied with the product , foldable , impeccable finish , tons of practical features . For the money we paid we did not expects that level of refinement. But that is what we got , thanks for being true to your advertising !
