Great night in Oxford
Stayed one night 22/11/2024 Holiday inn Peartree OxfordReception 10/10 excellent Room ,free upgrade 10/10 excellent Food had snacks on the evening 9/10Breakfast excellent 10/10Staff , can not praise enough, helpful,polite and always smiling from the minute we walked through the doors

what they did well holiday inn ex Wakefield
what they did well - the staff on reception very pleasant, especially the lady sunday morning 15/9/24, sorted out breakfast tables for my family gathering without being asked, loverly. everything else on par with all the hotel chains of the level

Good hotel for Uni visit
Stayed twice now at the hotel in Lincoln visiting family at Uni. Clean, smart, great for B and B, good UK breakfast. Ideal for family at Uni. Yes you pay for parking but you do elsewhere now. Will stay again.

I had booked a party at the Kensington…
I had booked a party at the Kensington branch carribean themed night for my daughter. The food was horrendous, burnt & inedible, we had complained on the night to the manager & other members of staff who advise that the regular chef could not attend due to an emergency but no one had taken accountability. I had paid over £2,000 I had previously attended a carribean themed night at the earls court branch several years ago & that was a wonderful experience but the Kensington site are very unprofessional, they do not return calls & the staff are always in a meeting. I am saddened with the outcome of my complaint & will never attend there again or recommend anyone
