Wonderful Customer Service

I reached out to the customer service at Homebaa regarding a specific stool I needed, in a specific quantity that was not originally offered. They replied to me very quickly and were able to accommodate my request. Very helpful and professional. Cannot wait for my stools to arrive. Thanks again!

I am going through a similar experience…

I am going through a similar experience as Amanda V who order 1K worth of chairs. Ordered a lamp on Dec 2, 2025 to be delivered before Christmas. After many emails and back and forth to find out where the lamp was and when it would arrive, I was offered $10 to $28+ in shipping discounts which I refused. Unfortunately, or some may say lucky for me I paid $193.32 for the lamp which was on "Sale" compared to Amanda V's $1K for her chairs. The lamp took almost 2 1/2 months later to arrive. No instructions to put it together. I reached out to Homebaa and was sent a video in Chinese to assemble the shade on the lamp. He lame is unstable and leans over from the base. I was offered half of what I paid. However, again I refused. Why would I keep a lamp that is an accident waiting to happen. I am reaching out to my Credit Card company again as I had talk to them when I was having issue with the delivery but got an email for a delivery date and thought I would give them a chance. I was wrong because now I have a poorly designed and constructed product. Money is not easy to come by these days and whether it is $10 or thousands of dollars no one should have to suffer a loss by these companies who spend pennies on making these products.

Horrendous

Horrendous. Took forever to ship, didn’t even arrive with instructions for how to build, not the size promised, impossible to return. Would absolutely not buy again.

I reached out to the company after not receiving any updates

I reached out to the company after ordering a bookshelf that they confirmed receipt of on Feb 6, 2026. Still, the item has yet to ship and despite multiple emails and calls I have not yet received an update. Will adjust review once I have some movement from the company. Designer Wood Leg Living Room Cushion Accent Chair

I DON'T THINK THEY ARE LEGIT EITHER

I ordered an item on December 9th. Still hasn't arrived. They are also very slow to respond. I tried the online texting approach, but they asked for money after they asked for my full name, zip and email. SCAM

Beautiful green chandelier

I recently made a purchase of a green chandelier. The quality exceeded my expectations. I broke a globe to chandelier and reached out to Homebaa to purchase a replacement globe. They quickly sent me a replacement for free even though I broke the globe myself.Homebaa is a great company and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Great product, even better customer service

I purchased (2) horizontal light fixtures from Homebaa. Like others have said, the shipping time took a few weeks because they ship from overseas, but I knew that before buying and was perfectly ok with it. When my lights arrived, they were in excellent condition and exactly as described on their website. The problem I wound up having was that the light fixtures I bought included 3 different light modes (warm/bright/brightest) and there is no way to keep the light on the same mode. I personally like the warm mode, so in order to get to that setting I had to turn my light switch on and off three times to cycle through the modes and get to warm. I knew when buying the product that it has 3 different light mode options, but just figured there would be a way to leave it on the mode of my choice. That was my fault in not understanding the capabilities of the light. Here's where the amazing customer service comes in. I got the standard "would you like to leave a review of your recent purchase" email from Homebaa, so I left a review explaining my frustration with the light modes. Within 12 hours I received an email directly from their customer service team saying they read my review and were sorry for how I felt, and immediately offered to send out brand new "warm only" bulbs free of charge. I didn't even need to ask, they simply said "we're going to take care of this for you and make sure your light is exactly the way you want it". They didn't need to do this, as technically it was my fault for not understanding how the light worked before placing my order. In the week prior, I did try to find compatible "warm only" light bulbs that I could just buy and switch out myself, but the specific bulb uses a quick connect release for which I could not find anywhere else online. Thankfully Homebaa went above and beyond with their customer service and is making my light fixtures become the exact way I want them, totally free of charge.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I just want to say, I have never ever written a negative review for anything in my life but I want to make sure that no one makes the mistake of purchasing from this company. I purchased 6 chairs on 11-16 that I received on 1/3. My mistake that I didn’t look fully into Homebaa before purchasing as I would have never proceeded with the long ship time. Anyway, we received our chairs on Saturday and upon opening the first box, I knew we had been scammed. The chairs that we ordered were labeled an “off white” but were a pale yellow in color. The backing of the chairs were stitched around the sides (online photo showed a clear distinction down the middle of the backing that looked like 2 separate parts), malformed, and the bottom of the backing had a cheap zipper that wasn’t disclosed or shown in product description. The chairs I received are completely different chairs to the ones I ordered. Or thought I was ordering. I emailed Homebaa on Saturday morning to ask for a refund/shipping instructions and heard back about 1am eastern time. Dulce expressed his sympathy about their products not meeting my expectations and requested pictures. I emailed pictures and waited again for a response. I hear back from Liv several hours later offering me a $100 refund (for the over $1k chairs I purchased) and to keep the chairs. She also mentioned that if we chose to ship the chairs back, refunds would be issued only once the chairs were received and inspected to make sure no damage from shipping had occurred since that is a possibility. If damage was documented then we might not receive our full refund. She said refunds could take up to 45 days. Anyway, I write Liv an email back noting that there is no damage on the chairs we received and that the other 2 boxes of chairs hadn’t been opened so we would have no idea whether there was damage on the chairs prior to being shipped back to them. That I would be sending all of this documentation to our lawyer in case we needed to go to small claims court and that our lawyer told us to report Homebaa to the BBB due to unethical business practices and misrepresentation. Dulce emails me back at 3am this morning and requested additional pictures. So far, neither of them has acknowledged that the wrong chairs have been sent just that they are sorry I’m unhappy about it. I sent Dulce several pictures back comparing to the photo online and all of the issues with the chairs I received. Liv emailed me back saying my case had been escalated but now could offer me $200 to keep the chairs. So now I’m furious again typing this review so that no one has to be given the run around by a company that clearly has no ethics nor cares about their customers and how they are presenting themselves as a business. Homebaa you should be ashamed of your business practices and I hope no one else gets scammed like we did. Be careful, Karma is brutal.

Delay in fulfillment and shipping

Careful ordering with this company if you want a product quickly, usually 5-7 business days for fulfillment and then 18-28 business days for shipping. That is minimum of 23 BUSINESS days to 35 BUSINESS days, but they have a surge in orders and slower to fulfill order. There is no human to speak with and its very automated responses. Here is the response from the company…Dear Customer,Thank you for your patience.To ensure your order arrives in good condition, we typically take 5-7 working days for information verification, quality inspection and packaging. Due to a recent surge in order volumes, our warehouse is experiencing slower-than-usual fulfillment speed. Once your order is ready, we will promptly ship it for you. Order communications are professional & courteous

The chat interactions have been pleasant in trying to accommodate our lighting needs in relation to the product we were looking at. The replies were not instantaneous as many online shopping chats are, but came through to email later on so were not missed if needing to move along with the day. While we have not yet received our order (waiting on a couple of items to include), we are looking forward to receiving it, and we trust that if we were to have any questions or concerns after receiving, support would be available, professional, and courteous. My shelving order came with no…

My shelving order came with no instructions. Discovering my shelves originated in China, I was pretty sure I'd never get a response to my customer service request for instructions. But, to my surprise, an email response came the next day. Even though it took several attempts to identify my specific shelving (I lost the original invoice), the last email came with an attached video of instructions showing how to put it all together. Great customer service!!

Do not buy from Homebaa

Do not buy from Homebaa. There was no indication at the time I ordered that this is just another Chinese drop-shipping junk company. Anyway, nine days after I had purchased I still had not received any notice of shipment so I emailed customer support. Wouldn't you know that it just so happened that they had literally just shipped it? What a coincidence. It still took two more days to receive a shipping confirmation email. The link for the shipping takes you to a very sketchy company 17Track which I have since learned is not an actual shipping company but rather is a tracking platform which I further learned is often used by both drop shipping companies (legitimately) but also by fraudsters to create fake tracking numbers. Giving Homebaa the very generous benefit of the doubt that they are not a front for fraud, the 17Track website states that it can take up to 60 DAYS to receive your order. There is no way to directly contact 17Track, the website only provides a FAQ page, but I digress.After another 2 WEEKS passed I emailed Homebaa again and let them know that if I didn't receive my order in the next few days that I wanted to cancel and get a refund. They told that their records indicated my ship would arrive at a US port in ANOTHER 2 WEEKS and that there was no telling how long it could be held up in Customs. This I now realized that at best I was dealing with an awful drop shipping company or a fraudulent company, both being nearly identical in nature.At this point I was done with them and told them I wanted a refund. They tried to offer free shipping and then a 20% discount but I was done. Of course they told me that I would need to contact 17Track to let them know I wanted to refuse delivery despite knowing that there is no way to contact 17Track. These are the games they play. Homebaa didn't issue a refund so I called my credit card company and got a refund.Do not buy from Homebaa. Full stop.
