Dont use this bus company if you purchase tickets through a 3rd party
I purchased tickets through headout in advance for the malaga hop on hop off bus. I arrived 15 minutes before the bus was due but was told by young lady/bus rep that it was full that day and to come back tomorrow. I was flying home the next day??. She then proceeded to allow people on who had purchased tickets directly off them. I contacted the company who said i purchased from and was told i could have a refund. Im now home and chasing my refund but this bus company denied any knowledge if this problem which makes me feel like a liar. They also said i could have 20% back as a good will gesture 🤣🤣🤦♂️🤦♂️. So id be very careful of using there services as there useless

A reasonably priced way to get a sense of Reykjavik
I arrived in Reykjavik 30 hours in advance of a Quark polar expedition into Greenland’s west coast, and immediately upon checking into my hotel I sought out the City Sightseeing Reykjavik Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour. Well with my price range, I figured it would be a great way to see the highs and lows of Reykjavik. I bought my ticket online through Viator, and the process of boarding was without a hitch.First stop – the big church on the hill, was crowded with tourists, and I was very glad to remain on board. This actually was close to the end of the tour, as we shortly headed for BSI, the main bus terminal which to me seemed like the logical ending and starting place for an on-off tour. From there we headed high up into the city, on winding and steep roads that spoke directly to the way Reykjavik was founded. The views were stunning, and we got to see local neighborhoods in between the marquee kinds of attractions – like Perlan, the Pearl. I stayed on the bus for its entire cycle, getting a sense of direction and development. But after passing Perlan and hearing about its purpose and functions, I knew I would be spending my afternoon there. All things considered, this was a great way to see the big picture of Reykjavík, and also explore one particular attraction. Once I completed my tour of Perlan, I waited about 10 minutes for the bus to take me back near to my hotel. Seamless, without problems, and very enjoyable.

Don't Wast Your Money!!!
We arrived on the 27th of January with Holland America to Buenos Aires. We purchased three tickets and were told that the bus was just a short distance across the street. The first bus did not pick us up as we were falsely told it was full. The second bus stayed in the pickup location for 45 minutes. No reason was given. After we started to move, we were told that the bus was new and was not equipped with an audio system. We were sitting in silence as there was no tour guide, only a ticket taker. Finally, we got off the bus and went to the bookstore independently. After visiting the bookstore, we wanted to return to the ship, but we were told that the bus stopped going there at 2:30. Nobody told us when we purchased the tickets. We had to hire a taxi to go back to the ship. We wasted $105, as we never got any audio information, and wasted the whole day.

Don't waste your money
We bought 3 tickets for hop on hop off bus in Seville. The salesman was a con man. He sold us tickets with false information. He said the price included a boat trip...THEY DO NOT !!.I went back to him the day after to question him about it,and apparently he didn't understand English...which was funny, because she spoke perfect English the day before when he was selling the tickets!! Also ,the actual bus tour isn't great. There are not many photo opportunities which you normally get on such buses, some advice,is DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Paid in full for a partial tour
Service badly disrupted with 3 locations unavailable. We had to wait a long time for 2 shuttle buses that were patching up the service.( 40 and 20 minutes)The tour guides and drivers misinformed us so we wasted even more time.
