They had the part I needed (most important). Shipping was expensive. Be sure to order the correct part. You will pay both ways if you ship it back. Then pay again to have the correct part sent. Fortunately, I ordered the correct part.

Ordered much needed brake pads
Ordered much needed brake pads Thought all was done and order was on its way Then a day later get an email that I must agree that I can not return the parts before they will proceed, I agree then they state the parts have been ordered from the manufacturer and once they received them they will ship them !!In the meantime my car sits in the driveway Waiting for brake pads Really can’t believe these people are in business Day after this review So they replied to this review with some jargon that some of there parts have to be done like this ( got a great idea !! When someone is placing their order do this ! )So today I was told my order will be shipping tomorrow 7 days after the order was placed And have no idea how many days it will take If you’re a hard-working person that needs your vehicle pay a couple of dollars more. I’ll never ever order from these people again. I’d rather go to the dealership. My car would’ve been on the road by now. Now I got a rely on a friend to get back-and-forth to work it’s ridiculous for some brake pads.

Not living up to advertised service
I ordered a part that ended up not being needed, not even taken out of the box, but upon trying return it was told that because it was electrical it could not be accepted.I said nothing was said on my order relating to the part not being eligible for return and was told I should have read through their "guidelines."I consider this to be unfair considering that nothing was indicated when I purchased the part (with a 30 day return policy advertised), but only when I asked to return it.And what possible reason is there to not accept a part that hasn't even been removed from their own packaging?I've been buying parts for years and this is the first time I have ever encountered something like this.
