They delivered as expected. Can't get a hold of anyone to talk to though. Haven't been able to re-order because I can't change my password that I forgot. Had to go with a competitor. It's a shame.
This company has excellent customer service !! They go out of the way to make sure their customers are happy. Too bad more companies aren’t like them. They’ve got excellent staff.

we have been ordering from this company in bulk for quite some time and the last six months they went to only accepting Zelle payments and then their shipping times take way too long after multiple attempts to receive product And communication lacking

Customer service is horrible and never gets back to you. You can't get ahold of anybody by phone or email. If I ever receive my order that I already paid for, I will be shocked. They immediately take your money and do not delivery your product. I would not recommend I Love Vape.

I went through the whole ordeal of signing up and was told you could not verify my age. Then when I got past that step after 45 mins and tried to actually place on order at checkout I was informed you don’t ship to my area. Complete waste of time.
