This company uses DHL to ship your package. Read my review of DHL for more information on how the Pony Express, over a 100 years ago, usng only horses, was faster that DHL by a long shot. In addition, if you contact Funko customer service, they will not answer your questons, but change the subject. That proves to me that they know what they are doing, and both companies are a joke. If you are really wantng one of Funko's products, be prepared to pay top dollar in order to be treated terribly. My order was a Birthday present, already almost two weeks late, and will be almost a month late by the time it arrives, if it arrives. It is currently listed by DHL as being in two places, over a 1000 miles apart. I would guess it is lost and no one but me cares. Spend your money better than this, for your own well being. For those of you who don't believe me, or don't care, GOOD LUCK, you will need it.

They don’t deserve a one star rating
They don’t deserve a one star rating. Ordered 2 separate orders each costing $120 in January 2023. I had not received anything in Jan so I contacted them via email. They responded they were sending half the items (7) the following day and the rest was on back order on each order. They submitted a pickup with UPS but then there was silence. After weekly emails and finally emails of a request for refunds, in April I received 5 pops (out of 20) from them. Then absolute nothing. More emails sent. Silence. As of today, July 20th, 7 L O N G months, I have not received my partial orders or any communication from them. I have noticed on thier site that Funko is NOT sending them any new products any longer nor pre orders. I suppose they jilted Funko outta cash owed since it looks like that’s how they do business. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ORDER FROM THEM. THEY ARE A SCAM. I was scammed over $150 and lesson learned. Wish I could sue.

Just horrible
Just horrible! Ordered 4 mystery boxes from them. First of all didn’t come with all the stuff it said it would so I’m already irritated. Each pop is barely worth 15 bucks so I got no deals. I got no exclusives and the Halloween mystery box wasn’t even Halloween themed they threw random funkos in a box and called it good. So disappointed and unsettling. If your not gonna send what u say then don’t advertise it. My daughter wanted the Disney pen and yeah it didn’t come in the box. Just dumb and disappointing don’t order from them save urself the headache

THEY DON'T FOLLOW ORDERS!As I live abroad, I have to pay customs and duties if the invoice mention more than $75 of products.I was buying two products each for approximatively $70 so I decided to make 2 orders, and pay the shipping fees twice (which is less than possible fees I would have after)The company decided to ship both items into one package, without following the order, which mean I have to pay for customers because she are unable to fullfill an order correctly.As soon as I have the package I will submit the bill for reimbursement and open a dispute through paypal, to get my money back.I also messaged them, but most likely their answer will be that per their T&C it is my responsibility.My responsibility is to know that I have to pay for them, and if a customer make to order, and pay for two orders, they should get 2 orders. It is your responsibility to fulfill correctly an order. You failed so you should be paying for the consequences.

They never shipped my order. And then when I wanted a refund, they never gave it to me! They also rarely respond to emails and have no working phone number to contact! DONT purchase from them!

Ordered something on June 15, today is Aug 25 and still have not gotten anything. They would respond and say the order will ship in a week but it never does. Never buying from here again.

Ordered a mystery box 3 pack and got no chase. I ordered 2.0 mystery box and pretty much got ripped off. do not order these boxes from insane toy shop.

They are not Mystery Boxes they offer, they are Rip Off boxes. Spent $97 on two mystery boxes and the received 2 POPs with a combined value of $23. They were so bad, one still had a sticker on it "50% off B&N", so I assume they bought it off the table of POPs in B&N that do not sell. That was in the SDCC Mystery Box for $38.88 (value of $9). Nice profit center for INSANE, but not a great way to build a loyal customer base. With the competition on-line to sell mystery boxes, you would assume they would be a bit smarter in what and how they pack them (remove the store discount sticker, as that was just a cold smack in the face) Beyond disappointing and will not be back shopping with them.

No response from anyone
I placed an order on May 2nd. It is now May 16th. I have emailed them 4 times asking for information on my order and have not received a response. I went to their facebook page to message them and the auto reply said they had no access to facebook right now (what???). Money was taken out of my paypal account immediately, but still nothing on when it's going to ship.

HORRIBLE customer service!
Placed an order with this company on 12/24/17 and paid in full via Paypal. Got an email from them the same day confirming my order. I was then emailed a tracking number for part of my order on 12/26/17 and then another email with a tracking number for the rest of my order on 12/28/17. Both tracking numbers show that only a label has been created but nothing has been picked up yet from USPS. I have emailed them about my order 5 times already and they will not respond. I also called their store number and left a voicemail and no one has called me back. I even went to their Facebook page and messaged them twice and have gotten no response. This is HORRIBLE customer service that a business cannot take 5 minutes or less out of their day to reply back to a paying customer regarding their order. It's now 01/11/17 and I still haven't gotten a response to my numerous emails nor have I received my order.
