Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful! Unfortunately several pizza places use this for their delivery service so you are stuck with using them.Here are some of the issues we've experienced:No delivery. Called and emailed no response. Found the food, frozen (it was winter) on the porch the next morning.Waited 2 hours for food. Called and no one answered.After waiting an hour, our order was cancelled with no explanation. Waited over an hour and their website still said "order placed" with no update on preparing or delivery. Did the online chat and never received a response (says they respond in less than 23 minutes - are you kidding?). Called the restaurant and they had never received the order from Jet.Clearly Jetfoods suck. I have had these issues in 3 states so it's not just one area. How they convince restaurants to use them is beyond me because I will no longer order from any restaurant that uses Jet for delivery.
