Scam these reviews are legit they quoted me a different price for an enclosed trailer but my car arrived in a open trailer for double the cost the driver was hostile and treated to keep my car if I didn’t have his money I was so frightened I have 500k followers I intend on blasted my full text thread to show what took place please please I beg you to warn others this was by far the most horrific experience of my entire life I was told to take my review down when I asked for a refund and once deleted they kept my money and the driver charged me an enclosed trailer price for a ragged broke down trailer that kept leaking and barely made it me they kept my car 4 days my Mercedes E-Class and I was never able to speak to any one it was only text the driver never ever not once responded to my eta request during the entire 4 days I’m not the only one my father has a car transported through them 2 days ago and after they got his deposit he hasn’t heard from them and they never picked up the car i have fullText messages showing a price and when he got here I was threatened by him to either pay 200$ more of no car I’m a young woman I was afraid I’ll confirm my story call or email me fine me on Facebook I’ve unload the text messages Teara Brewington Don’t be like me these guys were extremely dishonest

Stay away from these scammers. Ive set up a deposit and yet no time slot to pick up and no reply. The numbers are the same like every other reviews. A certain dispatcher that doesn't know a thing about planning. These scammers will only accept a payments via cashapp , zelle, or venmo and send it to another scammer named Karman Ahtar(🚩🚩 red flag🚩🚩 ). Once they get your the deposit they'll send you a bogus email that'll show up in your spam inbox ( 🚩🚩🚩🚩). Then a bogus excuse without giving a driver profile nor pick up time. Stay away from these Scammers with New York numbers that doesn't accept calls.

Day before I had to call and the pick up day I had to call, They then informed me that the price was 1200.00 more than agreed upon. I told them just send me my deposit, and they Played games with dropping 50.00 at a time, NEVER Got my $$ Back, They are A SCAM Stay Away.

I have used Ryan at jk transport 3 times to ship my car cross country and have been very satisfied. While the transport world is inherently fraught with issues, Ryan will enable you to trust that you will get your vehicle from point A to point B, unscathed. When there was a slight hiccup he took full responsibility. I will use Ryan at JK transport again and I would recommend them to others.

Do not under NO CIRCUMSTANCE even bother to use JK Auto shippers. They are 100%, total scam artists. I have been trying for about almost 2 weeks to get my $100.00 deposit back and they keep giving me the runaround. I have called and called and texted to get them to refund my money. They have NO legal right to keep my money when I was never assigned a driver and never used their services. So what legal right is there to keep my deposit? No legitimate business would do that. I looked them up and everything about them is fraudulent. I am going to dedicate my time energy and resources to bring these crooks to justice and shut their operation down. They have messed with the wrong one this time. I swear on the Holy Bible I am going to get my money back and bring these scam artists the justice they deserve. They have done this to way too many people and they think this is a game. Well, the jig is up! I have given these crooks way too many times to refund my money and they ignored my requests. Whenever someone has Zelle money, the name of where it came from is clear to see, and that $100.00 deposit came from me, GERALD THOMAS!! How Zelle works in case you did not know, you send the funds back to the name and number it came from. So, I stand by my words in this review that this is NOT a legitimate company and it is out to scam people I will contact, the Department of Justice, the New York Attorney Generals' Office, the Department of Transportation, The Valley Stream Chamber of Commerce and the Valley Stream New York Mayors Office. This business is listed there in Valley Stream and once they look into this business a name will come up as owner. I contacted JK Auto Shipping about transporting a Dodge Dakota from Reno to Salt Lake. They quoted me $325 which was a bargain. Daniel Drake then asked for a $125 deposit. I agreed to it. He wouldn't accept a credit card he wanted venmo. After I sent him the deposit, he stopped answering my calls! Total scam avoid at all costs!

I totally agreed with all this review. This company is dishonest and there are a scammer. Please don’t sign with them. You have been warned. I contracted them to move my car from WA to IL. They quoted me a price of $800. And asked me to paid a deposit of $300 through zelle because they don’t accept credit card. Which will garantie my car to be picked up.Also, I spoke with their representative call Daniel Drake, and he was clear that the quoted price was final and will not change and they provide their own truck. He even agreed to send me the driver number after I signed the contract. However once I paid he never sent me the driver number and I repeatedly called them to get the number and he never did
. The day before the pickup, he texted me a said the driver is asking for more. That instead of $800 I will paid $1,125 and if I don’t agree he won’t dispatch the car.At that point he couldn’t even provide me with the driver name and details. I asked them to send me an new invoice and he said he can’t do that. After my pick up date, they didn’t call. We called them several time and they refused to pick up my call until today.
please be aware their are scam. Any companies that ask you to pay through zelle are scamming you please save yourself from trouble and stress.I asked them to refund my money and I haven’t heard back from them.

This was an amazing experience for a first timer. Mr. Nathan Brown helped me out, explaining everything as we went through the process, stay on the phone with me as I filled out things. And then connecting me with my driver, Mr Jasmine (Jazz) Kenkins, he was very kind always answering phone calls and text. I highly recommend this company and the driver. Overall experience excellent!!!!

This company is dishonest and will scam you. If you read this and still use them, consider yourself warned. I contracted them to move my car across the country and then back. They quoted me a price that was lower than some of the others, which should have set off a warning in my mind. However, I spoke with the representative, and he was clear that the quoted price was firm. I provided a $200 deposit for each direction and signed the contract. I was a bit worried because the contract says the quoted price may change. The rep said that the language was just boilerplate in case of emergencies and not to worry. He even agreed to send me written verification that the price he gave was firm and would not change. The day before the pickup, they were supposed to call with driver details. They didn’t call. We called them, and they said the driver would call the next day. The next day, no driver called. We called them, and the rep said that the situation has changed. The new price was nearly double the original price. After much arguing, I gave up on the company, realizing that they were never going to honor the agreed-upon price. I ended up shipping with another, more reputable company, but I am still trying to get my second deposit back. Unbelievably, the rep still thinks I would trust him to ship my car back at the end of summer.These guys are straight up criminals, and I will work hard to expose their nefarious schemes. Hopefully, everyone who is thinking about working with them will read this and take my advice to stay away from them.Don't believe the positive reviews. They have no text, which suggests that they are fake. I can assure you that my experience was real (and very stressful). Save yourself from the same pain that I experienced. I was able to afford to wait for another, more honest company. You might not be so lucky.6/22/2023 Update: Someone from the company responded that they refunded my money already. However, the representative called me this morning (4 hours ago) and tried to bribe me to take down my bad review. He said that if I took down the review then he would refund my money. To be clear, I booked transport both ways with this company. They refunded the first part, but have as yet been firm in saying they will not refund the second part (which is $200). In any case, just refunding the remaining $200 is not adequate. They have not compensated me for the additional money I had to pay above their promised price because I had to scramble to get a driver at the last minute, not to mention the cost in stress and anxiety of dealing with this when I was trying to prepare for my trip.

Please don't waste your money. I needed my car to reach Tuesday next week and they said they could do it on time and we ended up paying them advance. I wish I had checked the reviews before booking them, our car was scheduled for pickup today but we kept calling them since no-one was showing up. Finally someone tells us that car won't be picked up today but sometime another week. Also their emails go into "spam" folder. Maybe this was the first red flag that we shouldn't have ignored.

I wish I would of gone on here and read the reviews. I emplore you to not go through this company of auto shipping. They basically had me put down a 400.00 deposit(DEPOSIT) key word. That was to go toward my car being shipped. So they never put it toward the shipping they just pocket it and than demand the driver pay them too. My husband is a truck driver and we will be spreading the word. They are a scam wether they agree or not. Also was told it would be 1390.00 I have all the texts exchanged, ended up being what 2200.00. What a joke. They take advantage of customers and drivers.

Don't use them! Bait and Switch
The guy that booked my 2 vehicles verified that the price would not change as they had known the details of each vehicle. I have it in writing, then the day they're supposed to be there they tell me they can't take 1 of the vehicles and that the price would have to be more if I wanted the other one picked up still. Keep in mind we had things loaded in a uhaul to move out of state, and we depended on these being picked up. Total bait and switch, so I had no choice given I was put in a vulnerable position. I had to agree to pay the extra price, and wait another day and 1/2 to coordinate another company to pick up the 2nd vehicle. Total nightmare of a situation with this company! Don't use them!

Horrible day of car transportation got called told we will need to change our date after 2 months before having a signed contract .. then they said it would cost 1000 at drop off . My contract was for 575 and I paid a deposit .never got my deposit back or my car shipped . It was a disaster being I was moving cross country and need my car shipped that day . I couldn't come back for it . Customer service Samuel was unprofessional the whole time stay away from them .....

Stay away from this company. They were the very first company that reached out to me to have my car shipped. They asked for a deposit first in order for them to secure and confirm my appointment time. Communication was initially great until the day my car needed to ship. They told me the driver was in route to the dealership but "car broke down". They said they'll get someone to pick it up on Friday but did not hear from them. When i did reach out they said they were not able to get a driver but promise they'll have someone first thing Monday morning. I couldn't wait and found a different Car company who was able to ship my car on Monday. I've asked for a refund for my deposit since they were not able to deliver what they promised. They told me that would refund me my deposit and it's been over two months. Each time I reach out to them it's a different excuse. Starting with "my refund is in que" "In 2-3 days it will be done" "Refund has been approved" "We are facing problems with our Zelle account that's why you haven't received your refund yet" "Our zelle account is current disabled impacting our company but will refund you as soon as it's working" " Our account was activated and we refund you soon" I'm still waiting for a response from them. Horrible Horrible service!! I have email proof of all of this!
