My order was delayed over 5 days
My order was delayed over 5 days. It was stuck at a shipping location for several days with no movement. I provided my order number to Juicefly immediately upon request to resolve this, but Juicefly then went silent for 3 days. I eventually had to take matters into my own hands and coordinate with a shipping supervisor to actually get my package delivered.Only 3 days AFTER the package arrived did the vendor finally reply, ignoring my previous concerns entirely with a scripted 'have a great day.' This is deflection at its finest. They provided zero assistance when the shipment was stalled and only surfaced to close the ticket once the work was done for them. If you value actual customer service and accountability, look elsewhere.

Great customer service. They were out of a couple of my flavors and actually text me to see if I wanted to try something else. It only took 7 days for shipping from across the country which isn't too bad even with a major snow storm and I could track my shipment.
