I am writing this review with immense frustration and disappointment regarding Kurt Kinetic and their abysmal customer service. My experience with their trainers and their supposed "lifetime warranty" has been nothing short of a nightmare.Let me start by saying that I initially had high hopes for Kurt Kinetic trainers.
