I approached Kyle because I was frustrate with myself as I was not able to achieve my goals on my own and was at it for almost three months. When meeting with Kyle, he and i went through my goals in detail and was able to note the challenges and obstacles that were in my way from achieving my goals that even I would have have been able to figure out on my own. Thanks to his vast knowledge and experience in fitness and wellness, he assited me in procuding a successful plan of action to tackle my goals within 6 months. within just 3 months of him working with me, I am already half way through in achiving my target weight and set fitness goals and i know that I wouldnt have done it so efffective and quickly if were not for his help. He is also a very friendly guy, good head on his shoulders and a very understanding and patient guy. Eye-Opening and Grateful for the Experience
I started working with Kyle in January of 2023 and have had such an eye-opening experience in my fitness journey. I was able to lose 10-15 pounds through proper nutrition and having 'fun' while working out. He is very helpful in terms of suggestions, answering questions, and being an understanding person to fit your needs within your fitness journey. I've been working out over 10 years now and I was at a point where I was trying to lose a little bit of bodyfat and weight. Everything I had tried did not work. I decided see if Kyle could help. In about 3 months of working with Kyle, I dropped almost 20 pounds and 2.5% bodyfat. I finally felt good about how I looked. With Kyle's help, I have been able to maintain a weight and look that I am proud of. While I have new goals now, I am still working with Kyle to help me meet those goals. Kyle worked with me for 4 months and he took me from being in the worst shape of my life to getting me back to the athlete I used to be. I was able to complete a triathlon and actually placed pretty well. I know that my journey is far from over but Kyle gave me the tools I need to be successful in the future.Beyond the coaching, Kyle is a very kind, open, understanding and relatable person. He is not judgmental and had my best interest at heart. Additionally, he is a role model who practices what he preaches. I contacted him originally because I saw these qualities in him and he showed his vulnerabilities which made it easier to be open with mine.I would highly recommend Kyle if you are wanting to regain your health or are wanting to get to the next level with your fitness. Tired on not seeing results…
I was tired of not seeing the gains I wanted, along with the weight loss I wanted to achieve. In early May, I took a leap of faith and started looking for a coach. Reached out to Kyle who not only answered all my questions, but he obtained my goals/what I was looking to accomplish. Needless to say, I signed up and started working with him. I quickly realized he had a passion not only for wanting to help me with my fitness goals, but also for providing me the tools necessary to utilize the gym equipment, and supplements safely. Food is a big part of the process and Kyle takes the guess work out of it. Weekly 1:1 meetings to help keep you on goal and motivated. Had a question once about working out biceps and he txted me back within minutes. Only to learn later, he was getting married that day! Dedicated! Jumping forward to 16 weeks later and I’m excited to say that i made great strides. Lost inches in my waist, and gained muscle mass inches in my upper/lower body. He has consistently observed my progress over each session and continually adjusted the workouts and eating plans. Kyle really does whatever he can to help his clients realize their goals, and ACHIEVE them. His workouts are challenging, rewarding and done in a fun atmosphere. All the while he is there with words of encouragement to help you push yourself. Here is some advice I could offer to anyone who is looking for a coach. You can not go wrong with Kyle! He has an incredible foundation and plethora of knowledge, understands your goals along with any limitations, and really wants his clients to succeed! I'm just one of many success stories that Kyle has helped with! I can say without any hesitation that signing up for Kyle’s services, was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

I have worked with a few online trainers in the past, but Kyle is the first trainer that has connected with me, on my needs and what I’m looking for. In the past 8 weeks I have lost just over 10 pounds and he is expecting me to lose another 5 pounds and I am loving the encouragement. He is also good at adjusting my program with what my body can do. I’m not meaning he is making the program easier but just selecting other exercises that will still get me to where he knows I can be. Not to mention a great app and weekly Zoom calls have been key. He goes through my progress for the prior week and talks with me on what I can do this week, to push myself. I've even texted him throughout the week on questions and he is quick at responding. I am so glad I’ve been able to work with Kyle and excited to see what we will achieve together.

I was coached my Kyle for 4 month and lost 27lbs.To me, it is imperative to follow the instructions given and for the most part I did. Kyle was very approachable, flexible and willing to offer solutions to challenges that I faced throughout this journey.He provided me with the tools and knowledge to lose fat and even though I'm not at my goal yet, I've made significant progress with Kyle.Never once did I feel as though I was being chastised for not meeting a goal; instead we spoke about ways to overcome obstacles and I think that was paramount to the success I achieved. I've been with Kyle for a little over a month and I have dropped a little over 10 lb. Started building up muscles and eating. Right. Now I'm on a bi-weekly phone call, but even within that bi-weekly phone call, I at least get a text message from Kyle in between of that phone call to see how I'm doing. He's always available and always supportive when I have questions or need help to make sure that I'm doing something correctly. I can send him a short video. He'll look at it and critique it and give me his lowdown of what I need to do or have to do it or he'll send me a video of him doing the stuff. He is a very supportive coach and I know that he's like a online. You know workout coach but for me he's kind of an overall coach cuz he's there for every aspect of your life. Not just a diet and a workout but with mental health and being supportive and being you know your cheerleader. But being your you know the coach and everything. I would not go to anyone else but to him and I would not refer anyone else but only to him

Plain and Simple, If you stick to the diet and workout routine given you will see results. During my time working with Kyle, he was very present and open minded. Anytime I had any questions or concerns, I received a response within a reasonable time period. He is very flexible and open minded. I brought several ideas to the table during check-ins, and he worked with me to accommodate my request and needs, whether it was concerning my diet or workouts. All in all, top notch trainer who isn't just out there for money. He genuinely cares about his clients, their well being, and goals!This definitely is not the last time I use Kyle for coaching and assistance.

Dude Kyle is awesome! What sealed the deal for me to work with him was he is living proof of his methods. The guy looks great! I travel a bunch for work and can't always get to a gym so Kyle worked around my hectic schedule and made catered workouts to the places I would travel to every week. Never have I had someone work so well with me to help achieve my goals. I started seeing progress from week 1! Thanks Kyle for all your help and being such an incredible inspiration.
