I am happy with them. Easy sign- up, fast delivery. Item arrived well packed on ice with all supplies needed, clear instructions. I had a question I called left a message and got a call back right away, same with email.I accidentally placed an extra order and asked for a refund and got it without any fees (as long as it was within the 48-hour window) as it was.You can cancel your subscription by just clicking the button. No hassle to cancel anytime unlike other companies I inquired with. Overall this a Legit company that is easy to work with with no memberships fees, and no hassle to cancel.
๐จ EMERGENCY โ Extremely Unacceptable Experience With Levers Health (NAD+ Vial) ๐จI am honestly shocked by what I received. My NAD+ vial arrived half-filled, literally incomplete. After only three injections, the vial was almost empty โ this is outrageous, unprofessional, and absolutely unacceptable for a product that I paid for in full.๐ The entire situation was beyond frustrating: โข A vial that should have been full arrived practically at 50%. โข I had to spend days sending videos, photos, and explanations, repeating myself over and over just to be taken seriously. โข Nobody helped me. The customer service from the pharmacy they use, Strive, was honestly the worst Iโve ever experienced โ slow, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. โข I was left feeling like I had to prove what was already obvious.This is not a small mistake โ this is a serious quality-control failure. I work hard, nobody gives me anything for free, and the minimum I expect is to receive exactly what I paid for. Instead, I ended up dealing with stress, wasted time, and a complete loss of trust.โ ๏ธ Sending a medical vial half empty is completely unacceptable. Customers deserve respect, transparency, and proper control over what is being sold and shipped.โ Based on this experience, I will never purchase from this company again โ not even with a discount.๐จ Completely disappointed.
