Had a scheduled appt today at 12:00, they sent reminders. At 12:15, I received a text stating they were cancelling the appt and I need to reach out to Groupon for a refund. UNACCEPTABLE customer service.
My grandmother got her nails done yesterday, September 8th, and by night fall the polish was already bubbling and coming off. Not only that, the technician was more than 2 hours late. I do not recommend.
