Exactly what everyone else is saying... I ordered, they took my money, never received the product. I emailed and emailed and emailed and was never acknowledged. It's been 8 months and still nothing.
I ordered a custom paint-by-number kit on December 11. My payment was taken immediately, but I never received the product or any shipping confirmation. I emailed the company multiple times and received no response. There has been no communication and no proof that my order was ever fulfilled. Customers purchase in good faith, expecting to receive what they paid for. Taking people’s money without delivering goods or responding to inquiries is unacceptable.I’ve had to file a dispute with my bank to recover my funds. I strongly encourage others who have experienced this to report the company as well.
I ordered a painting in 2023 and arrived with no issues. Very high quality. It was impressive. Fast forward Dec 2025 I ordered another item and was ghosted after the payment, like others have said. I followed up a few times with no response other than the generic auto reply. So yes sometimes you get the item and it's high quality and other times you get scammed. Not sure what's going on with them but save yourself the headache and order from a more reputable place.
I ordered a custom paint by numbers kit on December 4th to arrive before Christmas...have not gotten a single update since. I've emailed their customer support multiple times and have only gotten the same generic automated email. This place is a scam, do not order!
Zero stars. Ordered my paint by numbers 14 weeks ago and emailed them 2 weeks ago letting them know that I haven't received my order. Pretty sure I got scammed. I wish I had checked reviews before ordering.
SCAM! I ordered a custom painting of me and my girlfriend early December hoping it would be on time for Christmas or at least shortly after. never received any emails of tracking or an ETA. I reached out sent nearly 10 emails over the span of 30 days with no response. A little over a month later they finally responded saying it’s on its way. I demanded a tracking number and then was provided an invalid / fake tracking number. Then emailed back letting them know it’s fake and wanting a refund and then no response again. Contacted my bank and am currently trying to chargeback my credit card. There goes $100 probably waisted. DO NOT ORDER FROM LORIS PAINTING IF YOU ARE EXPECTING TO ACTUALLY RECEIVE YOUR ORDER! Terrible comp any, even worse customer service
Fraudulent Services - never received anything beyond a payment confirmation. I reported this through my credit card as a scam.
Absolute Scam!Ordered my paint by the colors on December 1st for a Christmas gift, and not received any update on my order. I tried reaching out before Christmas and after the new year to try to give them some grace that they were overwhelmed for the holidays. If they responded saying they were swamped and I would get my painting by a certain time, I would be cool with that but the lack of communication is unprofessional and I will be reporting this as fraud
It has been well over a month since I placed my order. I have contacted them multiple times through email and instagram. I’ve asked for status updates and a refund, absolutely zero response. $40 down and zero communication. Sent them an email from a separate account asking about the validity of a picture for a custom order. They responded to that one attempting to get me to place an order. They tried to get me to place another order, but apparently do not ship them.
It's been over a month, they don't answer emails and will block you on Instagram/remove comments if you try to contact them there. Avoid at all costs. Hopefully the credit card chargeback I initiate will let their payment acceptance company on to the fact they're a scam.
I got scammed by these guys. They took my money and never shipped my paint by numbers.
No customer support at all. They don’t respond to emails
I placed an order 12 days ago, yet there are no updates on when it would be shipped. I tried to email, call, and reach out via social media - none of my attempts worked.
Zero stars, Do not buy from this company! They do not respond to their emails and they did not ship my order. I had an anniversary gift and they failed me leaving my relationship at risk. They took my money and never delivered, be aware!
Paid over 300USD for a custom 48 colours, received only 12 colours. Contacted them and they promised to ship out the right one. Never received it and have been ghosted by them for 2 months now. Also, it does not come from NY, but China. Total ripoff.
UPDATE (December 19th): I was able to get ahold of the company and their customer service team did get back to me (it did take like 3 months) but they apologized and said that they were busy with holiday orders. I was able to get my order sent again and they threw in an additional color by number canvas. Ultimately just relieved I will be receiving it after thinking I wasn’t going to. So I was gifted a custom paint by numbers kit and loved it. After awhile the paint dried out and I contacted the company to see about replacing the paint. Customer service was quick to help me place a new order and I paid like $22 to do so. As soon as I paid I stopped receiving replies from their customer service team. A month goes by and I still have not received anything. Email their company simply asking for an update and no reaponse. After multiple emails and messaging their Instagram account I still have not received any response, update or shipping information/confirmation. It’s been two months now and just disappointed.
I would NEVER order from here again. After waiting WEEKS for my package, I decided to contact them via email with ZERO success. Loris paint won’t even bother to reply as they clearly don’t care about their customers or their reputation. I’ve been ignored for almost a month now with absolutely no idea about the status of my order. They have my money and I don’t have a birthday gift for my girlfriend in time and doubt it will ever come. They will fail you. DO NOT BUY FROM LORI PAINT!

The custom canvas, shipping time and price were all fine. However 6 out of the 22 paints I received were completely dried out. I attempted to rehydrate the paints like their blog says to do but it didn’t work at all. I then reached out to them via email and did get a response back but they made obtaining replacement paints soooo complicated. They asked for an order number. Ok here you go. They asked for a photo of the paint number page that was sent with my canvas. Ok here you go. They asked what address to send the paint to. Ok here you go. They asked to confirm all the info was correct then they’ll send the paint. Ok yes, here you go. Keep in mind, these were all separate emails. Like they could e asked for all of that in one email. Not 3 or 4. So then a WHOLE 3 MONTHS goes by and nothing was mailed to me. I received no other emails despite reaching out to them multiple times. Via email and even all their social media pages they have linked. I eventually ended up going to wal mart to purchase regular acrylic paint and had to mix a few paints to get as close as possible to the colors I needed. So with all that, the canvases are great but just be prepared to have to buy extra paint from elsewhere if yours dry out.
The product was satisfactory once finally. But the ten weeks delivery with no way to track the shipment to Canada was unacceptable.
