I’d wish to be able to give 0 stars! They have not delivered my package that was supposed to arrive by 15.12.2024 and told me to handle it with the shipping company. Since that wasn’t possible they told me they’ll send a replacement which also never arrived. After various requests by me to refund my money they’ve ghosted me and I am still waiting for either the product or my money back. Fraud company and worst customer service ever!
Ordered 2 items and after a week sent an email asking when they would ship. Got an automate response saying they would refer it to customer service. Another few days, another email and another BS same response. Can't reach a person. Have disputed the purchase with my bank. It's a scam folks. Don't order anything from this scammer.
DO NOT ORDER from this shop. They are horrendous people who make terrible products.
My experience with this company was not a good one. I ordered items on December 13th under the impression that there was ample time to recieve the order by Christmas. The website says the company is U.S. based, however the items you order are overseas. Im ok with foreign trade but it wasn't clear that this order was the case. The customer service is very poor and when they actually do respond, it's in the middle of the night and the responses are vague. If you're ok with waiting nearly a month to recieve your order with no communication from the business, go for it. If you expect decent customer service and a prompt order I would suggest another business.

It’s too bad zero stars still isn’t an option. Been waiting almost a month for items. And they obviously import cheap junk from china. Do your neighbors and country a favor and order from someone actually from the U.S. not the Chinese scammers. Customer service is a joke. I requested a refund. I’m sure they’ll contact me in a week or so 🙄🙄
I never received my package and SOPHIE will not refund me or send a new package OR ESCALATE my issue. It’s been 2 months and still dealing with it!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
I had heard about it through word-of-mouth and decided to check it out, and I’m so glad I did. The shop is beautifully curated, with gifts ranging from trendy accessories to unique kitchen gadgets. During my visit, I was searching for a wedding gift and found the perfect hand-blown glass vase that my friends adored. The shop also features a charming little café area where I enjoyed a cup of coffee while I browsed. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, making it a delightful place to spend an afternoon. The staff made me feel right at home, and their passion for the products they sell is evident. This place is a must-visit!
This is a dropshipping scam. They don’t create anything, you’ll get it shipped from Ali Express (Much Cheaper through them for the exact product) Second, they won’t deliver on time. I ordered on 4th of October and only received it today 12th of November! The Customer support is just Sophie who will simply keep giving you false hope that the package is coming soon. Don’t fall for it, get it through Ali Express or another trusted store.Update: I also got the Custom Bookmark. unsurprisingly, the size is way smaller. It’s barely the length of a finger.

Customer service is slow if they ever respond at all.================================My initial review...I purchased the product on Monday paying for expedited shipping to arrive as a gift on Friday. No phone number on website (Red Flag #1)Read reviews about how many people had been scammed by this company. They said that the Love for Art... takes your money then never delivers product - always saying "it's being delivered." (Red Flag #2)Emailed Love for Art the next day (within 24 hours of initial order) requesting my order be cancelled and refunded. Received no response for days. (Red Flag #3)On Friday, (the day I was supposed to receive the product) I received email from company ignoring my request for cancelling and saying that my order was ready for shipping. But no shipping info provided. (Red Flag #4)Never received product. Filed dispute claim with my bank.
Don't buy it; it is a scam! I bought it in February/2024, but they didn't send me the order or any explanation. I received a response from an employee, Sophie, who was analyzing my request, but it is now July and I still haven't received an answer.
Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!They constantly tell you your order will be "shipped within the next week" and then no shipping confirmation ever comes.Now more than a month since my order and all they can tell me is that they are "receiving more than a 1000 orders a day" and will get to mine when possible...Definitely an unreliable company. Starting to think it might truly be a scam!
Scam, ordered in early May still have not received. Asked me to confirm my address and they sent me ANOTHER customer’s full home address.
I lose trust in a brand that has a high upfront price, but then when you don't immediately buy, they send you mails everyday with lower prices and higher discountsIf your pricing was honest to begin with, perhaps i would have purchased right away.
DO NOT ORDER! This is a SCAM! I ordered something for my wife for Mother's Day 10 days in advance because it was advertised as 3-5 days shipping. The only evidence that I ordered anything was the charge to my credit card. No tracking information. No order confirmation. Fortunately, I was able to report the company to my bank as fraudulent and they refunded the charge. Based on the grammar in the positive reviews on this site, I'm going to assume that is part of the scam. I feel stupid for trusting something from a Facebook Ad. Learn from my mistake.
Never received my package. More than 1 month after ordering they give you a tracking number that gives no information. Just random:Arrive at facility.Sent to.other facility.On the way to facility. Email customer service weekly, they do answer immediately,but literally useless:Its in the way.So sorry to hear, we checked but your package is arriving soon.You get that everytime,and yet here I am 6 weeks later, still no package.
I was supposed to get my package on April the 5th, 2024, tracking number YT2408221272069666, order 20226. I thought there was something wrong with Love for art but everything was ok and the problem was in my Condo. Actually, Love for Art contact me to ask me if everything was OK.Better, never!
