Today I scanned my face and they asked28.99 au for one month . I clicked and deduct money . After 10 min O cancelled subscription andcagain they charged58.99 dollars. Even I dont used their app dor a single minute. App was not useful for me. Now I have applied for refund. Lets see how it works. If they not refunded thid app is totally fakeI will update regarding itThankfully i got my money back today. They response very well and give my whole money back..Thanks lovi

Not affordable for now
I really enjoy using the app and think it's amazing. It helps me a lot with my skincare, and I love it. The only reason I paused my subscription is because it's a bit pricey for me right now, but I plan to return when I can. Keep up the great work!

I tried the app from Insta. Chosed a month application 19.90euros but then I got charged again 39.90euros without agreeing. I never receive an email with the subscription just emails that they havé deducted from my account. Try to log in throughly Lovi app but I never receive the code to log in. Now I’m stuck paying twice with nothing!UPDATE!Margarita from Lóvi Management Team contacted me and helped me with the issue. She was polite, prompt in her reply, a problem solver, and reimbursed the amount. Customer service is top-notch! Because of this i will be likely to try the app again. Thank you again Margarita.
