was super excited about their referral program. The numbers are insanely good for players, best out of any casino I have ever seen. I referred my friend, she bought $20 bucks then I also got the same thing! Time to get all my friends to join

Signed up, verified, and got the bonus for new players. Then actually hit really fast. The only thing I didn't like, is the rule where the max you can win is $25.00 if your using bonus money, but you still have to have $100.00 to cash out. You lose the $75.00 when you cash out and anything else they take. I ended up with $25.00 for a $186.00 cash out.They did let me know (not till I emailed them and was like wtf is $25.00 being deposited wheres the rest of my money?) Or they would have let me know, surely, maybe, one day soon??? All in all, good games, really fast withdraw, (debit card push, maybe 2 hours) easy to verify, decent bonus, but like most online casinos it has crappy customer service and there's that $25 rule on bonus money. I'll play there again, but probably not real big. When you accept a withdraw, send a confirmation email that it was approved, and then change the amount without notifying me, then act dumb when I email you. I'd be scared to cash out anything over a $1000. 5 will get you 10 says you don't get that 1000. Just saying. To many not so sketchy options.
Luck Xpress is a new platform that I have extremely high hopes for! There was a tiny hiccup with my redemption. I reached out to support who was very attentive and my redemption literally took seconds to rectify and pay out. I encourage patrons to reach out to support and not take frustrations to Facebook! After a month of fine tuning and listening to patrons, this platform was well worth the wait & has a nice selection of games as well as a nice daily bonus. I would play more frequently but don’t want to give back all my winnings(lol).
I signed up and won a few hundred dollars using the promotional sign up bonus I received. I requested a redemption, and it was approved. For 100. I play on a lot of platforms. And this is not the standard, and I was very disappointed. That being said, my redemption was approved, and processed within 12 hours. I'm giving it 4 stars because it was completely free to me, and it was still a win. But other than that. It is still a new platform, and maybe it will get better.

As of right now I would give this platform 4 stars. It is a brand new platform so it’s not perfect yet. That being said the providers they do have I enjoy. I do wish there were more such as hacksaw, bgaming, playson, or 3OAKS. But the site is smooth and the support is on top of it and very friendly. This has the potential change to a five star in the future but for now I will give it a 4 star.
I referred a friend watched them use my link and help them sign up the app was glitching bad when she signed up support helped complete the signup but they refused to credit me I don’t recommend using to refer friends they won’t honor referral unfortunately
I was there for the launch and the website at the time was a bit buggy, however, this casino shows a tremendous amount of promise. After the team noticed these issues, they took the site down and decided to address the issues. I applaud them for this as not many casinos would be willing to do what is necessary to ensure a quality user experience. I look forward to when they relaunch, if the issues were not there would have been an easy 5 star
