Thank you to all at Martin Moore Amersham and Head Office. My kitchen is now looking amazing !! What a great painter you sent. That’s two really great members of the Mm team we’ve met recently. Both have been outstanding. Kevin, our painter was really nice, efficient and very professional. And the adjustment to the fridge door perfect. My Martin Moore kitchen is fab - honestly it really is an amazing product. A Timeless kitchen and as good now as the day it was fitted. Please pass on my thanks to the management team. Can I give them zero? Called into their Amersham store 7 days ago. Manager said Spencer would call me to address my issues. I called again 6 days later when no response. Manager promised Spencer would ruing me - still nothing. A premium brand? I don't think so

Stunning design fabulous company
Ignore any negative reviews posted about Martin Moore.We have two beautifully designed and made bespoke kitchens.The first kitchen was installed nearly 25 years ago is still beautiful and has held its own through kitchen fads.We have just replaced the under counter fridge. Martin Moore, under their life time guarantee installed the replacement, and made a minor modification to the cabinet to accommodate a change in the fridge installation.No argument, no charge, just fabulous service delivered with a smile.Our experience over 25 year could not have been better.

Martin Moore are a fabulous business to deal with. We engaged them to create our kitchen, then again to fit our utility room and last year to fit our bedroom. A fabulous experience at every stage, planning, design, fitting, painting and aftercare (they offer a lifetime guarantee). There are no hidden extras and they are clear and transprent on costs. Nothing ever seems too much trouble and we feel really valued as customers. They are not cheap but the quality is exemplary. I would thoroughly recommend them.

I would give a zero rating if possible. We went in to look at getting a kitchen design and help with the colour scheme. We asked a salesman for a particular colour in their showroom, he then told us it was ‘tartan’.If you like being mocked then this is the place for you!!! We went to Tom Howley in Glossop in the end

Better service at B&Q
For an exceptionally expensive kitchen, they have exceptionally horrific customer service. You would get far better customer service at B and Q. There were significant issues with the paint used, marble chipping, and other problems. It has taken them over a year to do anything about anything, and there are still other issues to be addressed. They do not respond to calls, emails or phone calls. My view is, they will not be around much longer as such an atrocious after sales experience seems to indicate big internal problems....

Absolutely awful experience
Absolutely awful experience. Most expensive company, they promise you the world, then rob you blind and provide the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. There have been delays, umpteen mistakes, their workers damaged my new floors, they lied about placing an order, and so many more problems. Never use this company. I have told everyone I know to save themselves the headache.
