First off, the mats look so good with my car and other interior items I've purchased. Makes the car look like a legit luxury car. I got the diamond pattern with blue stitching. You can choose from different styles and many colors to whatever suits you. And second, easy to clean, just vacuum like usual and if mud or dirt smears, just use a cloth and wet if neededâ€. Boom Bam, easy fix!
I want to express my disappointment regrading the response time of the company's customer support. Although the product itself works well and is worth the investment. I've encountered an issue with getting timely responses from them. My emails have been sent, and I've had to wait 2 day extended period for a reply. This has been frustrating and is not something customers should have to endure, despite the product's excellent performance. l hope the company can improve their response time to provide a better overall experience for users
