I was able to speak to an articulate…
I was able to speak to an articulate and knowledgeable lady named Amy. She was very polite and friendly. She had a Southern accent that really calmed me down because I was so frustrated with a situation with my healthcare provider.She listened and took care of me and was very respectful.Thank you Amy for your time and service!

Ther call center has called me 13 times…
Ther call center has called me 13 times a day for 2 weeks after saying I don't qualify!!Get a handle on your system this is hurrasment!!!
