Did everything required, still no refund!
I’m really disappointed with my experience. I followed all of the company’s return instructions exactly as provided, including creating the label, shipping the item back using the carrier they specified, and tracking the package. The tracking clearly shows that the return was delivered to their warehouse, yet the company is now claiming they “never received it” and is refusing to issue a refund.I’ve reached out multiple times with the tracking information and proof of delivery, but I keep getting the same response. I’ve never had a company deny a refund when the carrier confirms delivery to their own return location.I’m hoping this review brings attention to the issue, because at this point I’ve done everything required of me and simply want the refund I’m owed for a return that was delivered according to the tracking they instructed me to use.

Disappointed with Quality ,Not Worth the Price
If I could give zero stars, I would do so. I really wanted to love these extensions, but unfortunately, they did not meet my expectations. Right out of the package, the hair was messy and lacked the smoothness I expected. The strands feel brittle and dry, which is disappointing, considering the price. For the cost, I was expecting a much higher quality product.If you’re looking for amazing quality at a reasonable price, I highly recommend Euronexthaircollection instead. Their hair is soft, durable, and well worth the investment. Sadly, I wouldn’t purchase from this brand again.

Beware of this company
My challenge with this Company is their lack of transparency. The business claims to be based in the US at 811 Avenue of the Americas, NY, NY on their Instagram profile. The Website gives you a Free Fast Delivery ETA. I placed my order on September 7th and was given an ETA of 9/11. As I am in NJ, all orders include FREE express shipping worldwide, and the Company claims to be in NYC, it made sense that I would receive my order by 9/11. Per the website, the company ships Monday-Saturday before 11:30 pm PST via DHL, FedEx, or USPS. I placed my order on 9/7 and it was shipped on 9/10. I was emailed a tracking number and told that I could track my order through the Route app. The Route app only showed that a label was created and the courier was identified as Fastway (an Ireland courier) - not DHL, FedEx, or USPS. I contacted the Company and was told that my shipment is currently in transit and is in a normal shipping status. I was told that I could track my package on the CNE Express website. The hair was being shipped from China and not the US. The hair arrived at JFK Airport on 9/12 and was transferred to another delivery service - Speedex on 9/13. I received the order on 9/16. I've ordered hair from a Chinese Company and have received my order in 3-5 days via FedEx. The Hair is ok, but the Company's lack of transparency makes me not trust the company.

Paid $280 for blonde, 24inch hair extensions. As of today I've been wearing them for 3weeks. They are some of the itchiest, most dry, tangled hair extensions I've ever encountered. Waste of money.

Can’t speak to the quality of the hair but I had a terrible experience with customer service. Pretty sure they were trying to scam me. I bought some hair and had to return it due to the color. 20 days after they received the return, still no refund. I followed up over email and they said they had finally processed the return and I will receive the refund in a few days. A week later, still no refund in my account. I eventually got fed up with the delays and filed a case with PayPal. Then they told me they couldn’t issue a refund because of the pending PayPal investigation and that in order to receive the refund, I needed to close the case. Scam because the refund should have been issued WEEKS before the PayPal case was even filed. Eventually PayPal ruled in my favor and I finally got my refund. Won’t be ordering from them again. Overall waited 40 days to receive my refund.

I purchased the seamless clip ins. The quality of the extentions are cheap! They won't hold a hot curl to them, it was a waste of money. They are also too thin. I was looking for extentions with some thickness to it. These are flimsy, thin, the clips are too hard and they won't curl. I'm pretty pissed off I spent that money, and have used it so of course no refunds now! Do not purchase from this ridiculous lying company!!!!

I ordered my extensions almost 4 weeks ago, and they have yet to arrive. The customer service team continues to claim the extensions are “with customs” but cannot provide proof, and continue pushing the arrival date, claiming they will arrive the following week.This is the absolute worst experience I’ve had purchasing hair extensions.
