Worst customer service in history! The only rep they have named Ruth is incredibly rude, doesn't listen at all, and ignores you when you try to say something that she doesn't like. Never seen something so bad before. As far as product goes, no idea, as I cancelled the order after finally getting a hold of a manager named AJ who was, to his credit, much more helpful and professional.
This company advertises HVAC systems that they do not have in stock or can even get. I placed and order and over a week later they told me they do not have it in stock or can even get it, and offered me much more expensive system. Bate and switch. False advertisement! (they continue to advertise it even after canceling my order).
Ordered a mini split from this company and didn't hear anything about shipping for almost two weeks. When I called them to ask what was going on, I was told that I only ordered the outside unit and not the indoor unit. I believe they intentionally made this unclear on their website. Either way, the guy says that because it seemed like it was an error that I only ordered half of the full system the warehouse held off on shipping my order. No notice of this was given, hence why I called.Why wouldn't you let your customer know this? I ask him if the indoor unit wasn't included, then what was the part other than the outside unit in the title of the product. He keeps giving me the runaround. He told me I could add on the indoor unit for about another $1000, way more than you could find it at other places. He was extremely rude, talking over me and not letting me finish what I was trying to say. He eventually hangs up on me. I tried to call back several times and no one would pick up. They were clearly screening my calls because they picked up with no problem the first time. Horrible company, do not order anything from them.
I ordered a pioneer 3 zone mini split but the line sets they sent with it was a cheaper brand. The different line sets was a soft copper tubing that would kink and fold up very easily. I reached out to them to make this right with no luck. This is how they are able to sell at a cheaper price than most. Because they send cheaper parts to go with there units.ThanksGreg

The representative briefly put me on hold and quickly returned with the good news that the system was in stock. I placed my order on Wednesday, and it was delivered by Saturday, including a complimentary condenser mounting pad.

I shopped around a lot before making this decision, I think they are the only company offering free gifts, I placed a bulk order with them for an apartment complex I'm building and each system came with a free wall mount bracket, savings of a couple thousand right their, and on top of that, not 1 item in my shipment arrived with damages.

The shipping company dropped the ball, had to got and pick up at terminal. Everything went great on the install, had an electrical problem but ended up being the priority contactor for generator switching. Once I got it fixed the unit worked great. Almost looking forward to my other unit going down to replace it. Thanks for all your help!
We are adding on a sunroom. A mini-split made the most sense. Also getting a gravity drain lead me to the ceiling cassette. Everything has gone well so far. Installation was easy.

A great full system replacement at a respectable price. Received system a day sooner than expected. Would recommend this setup for anyone replacing their old inefficient heat pump.
May personal experience, used this product on 2 installations of Pioneer Mini Splits on my home. Following the directions I prepared both units, one can each unit, and also checked for leaks afterwards. No leaks detected and both systems have been operating properly. Follow-up check several weeks later to re inspect for leaks showed no leaks and pressure readings were excellent. In my case, the product worked as advertised and I am satisfied.
