I bought this bike for my son as a Christmas gift and he absolutely loves it. We had a minor issue with one of the wires, but the customer support was super helpful and responsive. Really happy with my purchase.
Finally got my boys off the couch and loving adventures again. Movcan v60 Pro Max is an incredible value for the remarkable price. Bought 2 of them for my sons and plan on buying a 3rd for myself soon. Well done Movcan.
Great product performs as stated great for commuting to and from work. Easy setup. Battery last for a good amount of days.

My Movcan v60 has is one of my best buys. I ride my daily to work and besides the odd punctured tire I’ve really never had any issues with it. Customer service is great especially when it comes to responding. At this point u can call me a loyal customer

I have tried so hard to work with this company but they sold me a product that not only broke in the first week, they have no idea what they’re doing at all! They have sent me over 5 parts which non of them worked and it’s taken over 6 months to receive everything, for them to literally say “sorry, go get it fixed from a shop” for the shop to tell me “I need the right parts for them to fix it” and them just reply “sorry” nothing else, made me send them months of video and now nothing but “sorry” this company has no way of fixing any error they’ve made on their part and will not help you get things resolved whenever it comes down to refunding the money when the fault is all on their part!It’s such a shame as I really enjoyed it the first week and now my life has been struggle not having this!

I got this bike so my son can ride back and forth to school! He's 14 and it's a excellent idea. He zips around quickly and safely. Did have a issue but they fixed the problem with ease!
MOVCAN bike is great! A perfect commuter bike. Design is awesome, very cafe racer. Most importantly, the bike is so fun to ride.Customer service is wonderful, quick to respond and tackle issues. Highly recommend MOVCAN.

The customer service at movcan is absolutely disgusting. Movcan accidentally shipped me 2 bikes on sale each for $600. I only ordered one bike. A customer support team member told me that since the bikes have not been shipped out yet that I will get a full refund and the other bike will be delivered. Movcan still shipped me both bikes and now want me to pay over $200 to ship it back. Absolutely disgusting and I have emails to prove it all.
Customer service was able to fix my problem via email. I was very satisfied. My Movcan V30 Pro is an Awesome bike!!!
