Money Down The Drain

I took this drops diluted in water for about four days but could not continue to tolerate the nausea that followed. I asked to return the merchandise and was told I would only be given a $100 refund out of the $300 I spent. They would not give me specific directions for returning the merchandise. After I argued with their “customer service” representatives, they finally agreed to give me an approximately $150 refund and still did not tell me how to return the merchandise. I have come to the conclusion that this is a scam. Don’t buy it unless you are sure you will be able to tolerate it and then, do not spend more than you can afford to lose.

I have been trying to reach out to this…

I have been trying to reach out to this company. I called and I emailed them. My phone calls kept going to voice mail or just stopped ringing and went silent. No response from anyone. Then when I finally reach them they said that it is to late to get my refund and then hung up on me.The ad says try for 60 days after you receive the product. I've been trying to reach them for 2 months because the product came with no return address and no directions. Every time I tried to reach them. It was no answer or the would keep telling me that they will not send me a refund. Who do I call or talk to for help. When I got through today they hung up on me.

Will not respond to request to return

Won’t return my email asking to return item and get full refund. Guess I will have to handle this by disputing the charge with proof that I have attempted to process a return through their stated channels, along with boasting great customer service. NOT

Warning: return procedure trix, hoops to jump, hacks

I thought I ordered 12 bottles on the upsale stage tactic they use, representing an upgrade to 12 from 6 at a discount for all (1/04/26). I was charged for 18 bottles (over$600!). After seeing the bill, I tried frantically get a hold of somebody at cartpanda to make sure that the correction was made before shipment was made, but their response 2-days later was "contact the vendor". Vendor Email address they supply also picks up an extra (.) at the end of it--that needs deleted before using address-it will be invalid otherwise. the correct address is (delete spaces) Wellness @ supportcaps .com i was charged under two different $295, & $348 transactions 1st: 6 bottles full price 2nd: for 12 more! on my PayPal, which defaulted the 2nd to a pay method i did not want to use causing a hardship i did not need. Supportcaps reply on 1/10 was that it already shipped.I received the 18 bottles and I tried the product using it as directed and have found no benefit at all so far, and because of the coinciding severe arthritis symptoms that showed up right after i started taking the neurodyne I was afraid to keep using it. There is a surprise bit of more BS at the end of the return procedure "for a faster refund" in BAD FORM! 1: You are Asked a bunch of questions as to why you want to return, (For a No questions asked return?!) 2: Then they offer you a 10% refund, then $20%, 30, 40, 50, 75% claiming for "a faster refund"-finally get to the 100%-then they 'Require' a video statement or to paste a transcript of it to process your refund. This delay to provide this 'hoop to jump through' only resets the refund process to start over. Note: Be persistant-prepare a transcript first to save yourself the repeat-its not legal, nor in good business practice to spring onto customers, but i wanted to be done with this! I then got a return code to write on the return, paid for shipping with a tracking code. They claim 100% refund to be issues w/i 5 daysPkg received 3/02, today is day 4 waiting for refund. Monday i file grievance with paypal if refund not received

The product had no clinical studies as they said, and they used a doctor name without his endorsement.

Well, one minute after watching the video on Neurodyne, and finding out that Dr. ATTIA didn't endorse it, I asked PayPal to cancel the order. PayPal created a dispute, so Cartpanda who handles Neurodyne couldn't just refund the money. I guess I didn't respond in the correct amount of time and the duspute was settled in the favor of the seller, so the product was shipped anyhow. I did ship the product back and I did get my refund as soon as I gave Cartpanda my tracking number. I am thankful I got my return in full. Vicki

Several of the ingredients aren't listed

Several of the ingredients aren't mentioned on the website. I am allergic to ragweed and Stevie and motherwort were both ingredients in the formula. Plus their contact button doesn't allow you to contact anyone. But it does protect their content. What exactly are they trying to hide?

I read all reviews from these ads

I read all reviews from these ads. I bought another supplement and I read reviews after. It took over 3 weeks to get how to send back for refund. I ended up calling my CC company and still after 6 weeks still haven’t settled dispute even after sending product back. Don’t ever deal with Cartpandia

I fell for their AI generated ad with…

I fell for their AI generated ad with “Tom Hanks.” Next day a “representative” called. I felt he was trying to sell me something. After I answered “no” to all of his healthcare questionnaire questions, he gave up. While waiting in pharmacy line I found trustpilot.com. Realized it was fake after reading the reviews and seeing the return policy was not as advertised. Fortunately I disputed the CartPanda charges to Goldman-Sachs (Apple Pay) and they reversed the charges.

I am very upset I sat and watched that whole video which went on and on about special ingredient called Bilberry. Well, I pay for item and receive it only to find out they don’t even use that ingredient. They use mostly grape seed oil. Are you kidding me? I’m very upset

Too Early to Tell

I just started this program about 3 days ago. So far, I can only say it doesn't taste bad...sort of a fruity flavor. I am going to continue with it since I bought 6 bottles and spent over $300.00 on them. I will write another review later, after I have used up the first bottle. Also, someone called me stating he was my representative support. He wanted to sell me a bunch of extra pills to enhance the results. I told him I was not ready to put more money into this thing. I will let you all know what my tentative results are.

I fell for their lies and wasted my money!

No ingredients on the bottle. What a waste of my time and money! Throwing it out, Consumers have complained that they can’t get a refund! Lesson learned! No more fake products for me!

Total scam.

Total scam. The video is definitely AI facilitated. AI will create whatever you tell it to.Click on the website link included with the product information at the top of this review page. It’s not even a 2- page site. The study references at the bottom of the page don’t even pertain to the product. The offers don’t match the video, and when I clicked to see about ordering 2 bottles @ $89 (not the 3 for $294 deal advertised in the video) it took me to a totally different product for pituitary support, and the additional “tells” mentioned by the other reviews here were crystal clear. If you also check in Amazon, in one place it says they’re capsules but the photos show bottles of liquid and it’s even cheaper there. There are several sellers with no reference if you click on the seller name. Cheapest bottle is $29.Beware of any ad that says “only a few left” get it now.Do your research. We have more toools than ever before.

This company put my charge through 6…

This company put my charge through 6 times. I called & canceled the order. I can’t get a human to talk to. I have no trust in this company. Even my phone will not let me use their contact info. It states it’s an unsecured site. Bad news.

For those who haven't seen the fine print here it is

I watched the sales pitch on NeuroDyne...

I watched the sales pitch, they used a reputable Doctor, this doctor said that the three ingredients for brain support was Curcumin, reversatrol, Rosmerinic. I don't believe this company is affiliated with this reputable Doctor. I looked up the ingredients in it, and it didn't have any one of these listed ingredients. There's no phone number or email to contact them, and it wasn't easy finding the real ingredients in it. This company seems to be scandalous. Now if I could just find a way to let this Doctor know that they are selling something with false information under his name.

Ai deep fake

This company with its attractive ai insta ads, ai generated fake celebrity endorsements, and fake FDA certification is a must avoid. After waking up from a nightmare after purchasing, I did a deep dive and discovered that everything about them is a fake. Their website in Portuguese is half built and they list themselves as a cosmetics company on PayPal. They are currently trying to ship their product to me from an undisclosed location overseas on a shipping site called 17Track which is also from another country. Their cart is PandaCart (which anyone can build off of) and their customer service number listed with PayPal doesn't work. I did receive a refund from PayPal. Consume at your own risk, a big risk.
