My partner got me the alien kitty blanket, a hello kii decal, and the CUTEST stickers last year for Christmas. There has not been a singular night I haven’t slept w my blankey, it’s so unbelievably soft and comfy. It comes on road trips w me too bc it’s perfectly me sized. My decal was the perfect size for my switch home, there has been ZERO lifting. Same thing with my stickers. I super recommend this shop as it’s so obvious how much care goes into these products. Stickers are great quality they were put up in a high traffic area 2 years ago and have not peeled yet. I also have had one of the keychains on my keys for almost 5 years now.

I’m commenting here due to a post the owner made encouraging customers to post their experience while attacking a negative review on social media. While I have purchased from this store (bags/pins), I’m not sure I can continue to support a business that openly disrespects and attacks their clients. It seems that the business believes customers who do not affiliate themselves as a democrat with left values are evil fascist which happens to be half the country and most likely half or a good chunk of their customers. The lack of respect for their clients is disappointing and causes me to think about the integrity of a business who goes out of their way to disrespect their own customers who may hold different values, opinions, and diversity of culture than the business owner. As a black conservative woman I have more than enough experience with this. I don’t believe it’s wrong for a business to share their political beliefs but when the business goes out of their way to attack and disrespect their own clients who don’t share those same beliefs, that shows that the business doesn’t really respect or honor the people building them up and instead of being about serving and bringing joy to customers, it’s about someone’s own ego, lack of understanding and respect for others, most importantly the people honoring and purchasing their work. The actual service from the business was smooth during my last purchases but the open disrespect of clients on socials who do not support left values as well as the inability to respectfully address clients concern on this topic, is concerning and causes me to think the business has an issue with prejudice and abuse of their customers who hold conservative values or even others. If you purchase from this business, I believe you mostly likely will get your items on time just fine as they appear on the website. And some of them are absolutely gorgeous products with so much heart behind them. But the overall customer experience is poor in regards to those who have different values. They are not respected and even encouraged not to purchase from the store by the owner. So, per the owners own sentiment, those who do not hold left values, should not support this store and if you have previously, you should pull support away. Hopefully, the business can grow in the future and open their business up to all individuals who enjoy girly pop magic even if they have different cultures and values than the owner. Hopefully, they can respectfully address clients concerns instead of bashing them online. Until then, I do not believe anyone who does not hold left values are encouraged to give support to this business or help build it. I do hope one day I can share back in all the magic and support that such a wonderful artist has created but it seems this business has discriminated against a whole group of people who are not welcomed here which is legal but it’s something that customers need to be aware of before supporting such a business if you find yourself not affiliated with a certain political group.

I've ordered multiple times over the past few years, and have never been disappointed. Once had a package get lost, and she replaced it for me asap. That's not her fault either, that's on the post office. She has always been very open and honest about shipping times, and if she's behind because of personal health issues. I am disabled myself, and understand how chronic health issues are, so I'm more than willing to be patient. Too many people think that every business should be run like Amazon, but that's not how small businesses work. Also, Amazon frequently loses my packages, ships me the wrong items, and never had my packages arrive when they say they will. I'll take small businesses over them any day. Oh, and leaving a review for a business you've never purchased anything from just because you disagree with their opinions/politics is hypocritical. Several of the recent reviews are crying about that same thing, and then they go and do the very thing they are crying about by leaving a review simply because they didn't like what she said. Grow up, go outside, and meet some people from different backgrounds. NattyCat will always get my business!

Natty is an absolute gem! Not only are their products super cute, but they’re durable as hell. My wife has the giant alien kitty and that thing has survived a move, our cats deciding it was a perfect biscuit making spot, and us constantly leaning on it as a big pillow. It’s been about a year since we bought it and it’s looking brand new !! Not just the plushies, but the stickers and keychains are super hardy and put up with a TON. Other than that, Natty is such a lovely person to talk to, genuinely loves their customers, and is such a light in this world 💕

I recently made a purchase and am extremely happy with it overall. I ordered a plush, which can be a bit of a risk online. It is beautifully made and on par with Gund brand plush. The designs are are unique and there is a lot of care put into the products. Shipping was very fast and everything was packed well. It’s nice to find a truly small business in a sea of dropshippers.

Stop Expecting Corporate Treatment from Small Businesses
I love this lil niche shop! I really admire all the work that's gone into how well developed and rounded it's become! I appreciate Natty's efforts despite her personal hurdles. One thing I will note is: This is an online store/shop run by One Person, and she should be treated like one. I once had a delivery that was posted late during one of her struggles; when she was active again (which she always notifies publicly of either) I realized a bit later that my order hadn't gone out and reached out to her directly. It likely slipped thru the cracks, but she responded in kind by immediately shipping out and it was received within a business week! Too often I have seen customers complain if something hasn't gone as they would expect from a much larger business.
