Our sign came out even more perfect than we expected. Shirley really made this experience easy for us. And it's so good to have it up in our home. We found a meme that they were able to duplicate and worked with us on size and price. We couldn't have had a better experience. Can't imagine going with any other company. They are the best!! Thank you all again.
My sign is EXACTLY everything I had hoped for. I ordered it to hang up at our wedding reception and then eventually in our home. It is BEAUTIFUL. I cannot wait for our guests to see it as they come into our reception this June and then continue to enjoy it in our home thereafter. I am extremely pleased with the time it took from ordering to delivery. The creation process was a breeze too. Thank you NeonSignLife for making my sign a reality!
Shirley was FANTASTIC!!! When the sign came in a slightly different color than what I had ordered, she sent me a new sign in a different color no questions asked. And she was very responsive throughout the whole process despite the time zone difference. Top notch customer service here! The process for making a sign was incredibly easy and I am very happy with the finished product. It comes with a dimmer panel, a remote control, and many methods for hanging. It's packaged VERY well in a way that can sustain the long trip from China and everything in between. They even sent me a free Basquiat crown for spending a certain amount on my order! Would definitely order from here again. Highly recommend.
Company ghosted me while requesting to make a return after only a few messages back and forth. After confirming my order and even sending in a detailed video, I got zero responses. It seems to me they only wish to sell neon signs and not satisfy or connect with their customer base. Overall good product, but not worth the purchase if you would ever rely on this company for support.
It is not a “neon” sign. It is a led strip light. Quite misleading and rather expensive for an LED light.

Extremely happy with our wedding name sign. Also got a small one for free. Got in a timely manner. Packaging was excellent to not get broken in shipping. Great item. Highly recommend this company for all your lighted sign needs.
I can’t recommend this merchant enough. For starters, the platform on which you create your sign is VERY user friendly. This was my first time doing something like this. I had a vision and was able to create that vision precisely. The site allows for many options as to how you want your sign to look. Font, size, color, backing, etc. Also, while creating your sign, the site shows you previews of what you’re choosing and also scales it so you have an idea how large. Pricing was very fair. In addition, the signs arrived in a timely fashion without losing quality. They are very sturdy and could not have been more on point to what I wanted. I ordered two: one was the word “The” to preface the main sign that I created on my own with single marquee letters. Then, the second sign, I hung below the marquee letters, to show what my main bar name stands for. This was my vision for my home bar. I was able to spruce up my recreational area of my home without breaking the bank for something that had non-commercial intent.
I ordered a custom, outdoor neon, large and three color. Communication was great, tracking of the shipping kept me informed and the packaging made sure it arrived in perfect condition.
Response to the company: I NEVER ASKED FOR ANYTHING FOR FREE. I ASKED TO RETURN THE PRODUCT. IF YOU WANT TO RESPOND, MAKE SURE YOU SPEAK THE TRUTH. AND OF COURSE YOU’RE NOT GOING TO ACKNOWLEDGE THERE’S ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT ON YOUR SITE BECAUSE THAT WOULD ACTUALLY REQUIRE A REASONABLE SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, SOME DECENCY AND QUALITY BUSINESS PRACTICES, WHICH YOU ALL LACK. I STAND BEHIND MY REVIEW 100%. Screenshot ALL of your dealings with this company, ESPECIALLY if you are attempting a customized design. If not, you will be bamboozled into ordering a size that does not meet your expectations. Tell me how your website shows a demo size for a customized item with 5 characters as 13inx2 for a small at approx $109, but the size of a small with only 3 characters is sold at approx. $101 and is only 5inx5in. I think that's part of the scam to ensure people miss the change in what the size small offers. REMOVE THE PRESET IN YOUR CUSTOM DESIGN SECTION OR ENSURE ALL PIECES CAN RELATIVELY MEET THE SAME MEAURMENTS AND/OR APPROPRIATE COST RELATIVE TO THE CHANGE IN SIZE.
Hello, regarding your order, the size you selected when placing it was **13 centimeters by 2 centimeters**. You misread the unit and thought you had ordered **13 inches by 2 inches**. For this kind of situation, we suggested that you pay the price difference and we would remake the product in the size of 13 inches by 2 inches for you. However, you rejected this solution and demanded that we remake the product for you free of charge. Please note that the loss caused by your misreading the size and placing the wrong order is not our responsibility. We apologize for your unpleasant shopping experience and have already offered a solution, but you turned it down. Now you are accusing us of dishonest business practices and even implying that we committed fraud in your words. We cannot accept such claims.

No issues with the actual company, it was the shipping. My package went to a last mile company called OnTrac, and they kept telling me my address was invalid and undeliverable. Package finally came almost 2 weeks later. I will be opening my sign this evening, hoping that after it was shuffled around so much it actually works.
Shirley was a pleasure to work with. Even when I made tons of changes, the process stayed really smooth. I’m excited to see the sign in real life!

Well it was very easy to design and to complete my purchase. However I have yet to receive my product, so can't tell you how well I like it.
