Rough start, but confident the service will improve
Our server, paid for in December 2025, was successfully racked and brought online in February 2026. While this timeline was much longer than anticipated, due to both unforeseen hardware issues and stock delays, we believe the experience has highlighted areas where communication and logistics can be significantly improved.We are now pleased to confirm the server is fully operational. Primarily the value, but found out it was the service. After my due diligence on researching the company, I purchased a server with 56 cores, 768gb of ram and space for 16 drives. Plus 3 video cards and 2 10GB nics for ~3,700. We bought another one immediately.But the guys were also quick to answer questions, provided updates and everything went smoothly.So--for a 2 fully customized server, from order to delivery in about a month and great service. I highly recommend these guys.

I ordered a server from New Server Life last December. They where very accommodating and responded to me in a timely manor. I messaged them every day after I ordered the server to see how the testing was going and they responded kindly and kept me informed. The server was packed well when shipped and they followed up to make sure I got it and that everything was working. Recently I had a HDD fail and when I asked about a replacement. They responded right away and agreed to send a replacement drive free of charge. They also added some extras that I needed for free. I highly recommend going to them if you need anything to do with servers and IT Hardware.

Disappointing Experience with Slow Shipping and Poor Support
Purchased a server that took longer than expected to ship. While still within the warranty period, I began experiencing SMART errors on multiple drives - a clear early warning sign of impending drive failure.When I contacted support for an RMA, I was told I need to provide iDrac screenshots showing drive failure before they'll process replacements. This policy is problematic for production environments where proactive maintenance is critical. Waiting for complete drive failure before getting replacements puts business operations at risk.Even more frustrating, I offered to purchase replacement drives directly to minimize downtime, and they didn't even respond to that request. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable for any business relationship.Additionally, response times from their support team have been consistently slow throughout this process. For the premium price point of this equipment, I expected more responsive service and proactive support policies that understand enterprise needs.The requirement to wait for full drive failure rather than addressing SMART warnings, combined with ignoring reasonable alternative solutions, shows a fundamental lack of understanding of how mission-critical servers operate. The fact that this happened while still under warranty makes it even more disappointing. Would recommend looking elsewhere for enterprise-grade server solutions with more responsive support.
