Use a company other than New York safety council they are not reliable when it comes to obtaining your certificate
I signed up for the course and completed it today. I filled out the course evaluation and never received an acknowledgement that I completed the course. When I chatted with one of the representative asking how come I never got an e/mail stating that I copmpleted the course or my certificate. I was told that it is against the DMV department to send the course certificate to my e/mail I, that I need to wait 7 days to get the certificate via regular mail. However If I want it faster I need to pay $8.95. I have taken the class in the past and I have always got 2 certificates one via e/mail and another via regular mail. Even if it were true about DMV how come they refused to sent me a receipt about completion of the course. My brother in law took the class in Spanish and it took them 3 months to send him the certificate
