Absolutely unacceptable service
Absolutely unacceptable service. The driver made a very short call while I had my phone in my hand. I returned the call immediately, but he didn’t answer. Then the office told me the driver reported that I didn’t respond. After proof with screenshots I called him straight away, they said actions will be taken against the driver. How that will help me?! I hope the driver experiences this same level of “service” himself all his life, liar!!

Tuesday ( 30.07.2024 ) I booked a ticket from Uk to Romania The operator told me the driver will call me Friday, it didn’t happen, Saturday nobody call me, I spoke again with the operator few times and his told me they need to collect the packages ( in the middle of the night, like thieves ), NOBODY CALLED ME AT ALL !

Don't get fooled by their cool website, this is not a 'company' you want to deal with. They collect during the night like thieves, they don't give any proof of postage and it's cash only. Massive red flags!!!

I made a reservation to pick up packages from Brussels 2 weeks ago for January 19. They were supposed to call the day before for confirmation, but no one called. I contacted them by phone on Sunday around 3 o'clock and I was told that the driver would call in the evening because he was coming from England. This did not happen. So zero communication from them. Totally unserious company.

I booked for 15 boxes to be sent from Bruxelles to Bucharest and i shared the details, and the operator said that the car will be at the location Sunday night, late night. I said, ok, nah, i needed to send the boxes. Sunday night he did not know at what time they will reach. I called at 23 pm and no answer. The next day i asked for updates and the operator said that the car has ferry that day, Monday at 19 pm . I said ok, i will say that at 23, 24 midnight the car on that Monday the car will be in Bruxelles. Wrong.I kept writing and calling them Tuesday too. The operator said he will be back to me , but he did not. Tuesday evening , at 20 i called and wrote and finally he said that the passengers made scandal because of the delay and that the drivers will not stop to pick up my boxes. Avoid this company !!!!!!!!

I did make an reservation for a baggage, from the first second on the phone the person from dispatch was soon bored end arrogant,but ok, I was thinking maybe he had an bad day...I have to mention that I was in Romania in holiday end I had to go back in Belgium. From the moment I did found out that the driver will arrive in the night (between 1 end 2) I did call dispatching to ask if is true, end was true..ofcs I did complain a bit that is not normal to arrive at that time end I got an answear that they didn't knew I'm like an princess,end I can not woke up at 2 in the night, end that I'm not educated end so on...So, please be careful when u book with Nextour.ro...you may have an big bad experience.

I booked a ticket to travel from London to Iasi Romania, I gave them all my details (adress, name and phone number), and they’ve told me to be ready as the driver will come and pick me up after 10 pm. The hours went by it was 10 pm, 11 pm, 12 and so on and no one called. Now due to the lack of their seriousness I’ve lost 140£ as my PCR covid test expired. Don’t trust them, use other companies.
