Haven't been able to watch any channels for 19 weeks. I've sent 21 tickets. No responses. Absolutely ridiculous.

Site no longer works
Site no longer works. Have submitted several tickets and chatted in but no reply. Site needs to be shut down and refunds processed.

CRAP not worth the Money
The 2nd year now and it's the biggest BULLSHIT ever. No response from the Customer Service no matter how many Tickets you open. Since more then one Month not working. Don't pay for this CRAP is waste of Money

I have used the site for about five…
I have used the site for about five years and up until this year, things were fine. I have not had a working link for two months, paid for the six months service, have put in SIX help desk tickets with zero response(submitted a ticket today). They were responsive when I was having trouble renewing this summer. Now…crickets. I am thoroughly disappointed and do not recommend them moving forward.

Use to be great had it for a couple of years. Heard NFL has caught up with them and shut them down. So don't buy the subscription. I have sent numerous tickets to help desk with no response. Wish they would refund our money for a service we paid for. They don't even have a phone number for customer service.

I had the service for 3 years. Worked great.2 weeks ago nothing worked, no games at all. No response from customer service. I guess NFL finally caught up with them. They won't get my money again

Stay away from this app!
I've used this service for 3+ years and it's been great up until 2 weeks ago. Just stopped working altogether. No response from their help desk despite numerous attempts.At this point I would not recommend buying into this app.

It was a great bootleg site while it lasted but I heard the NFL finally caught up with them and shut them down. No response at all from numerous customer service tickets. Back to the sports bars I guess.

DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM
They removed web video casting service last summer, so you can no longer transfer to smart tv's without HDMI direct connection. The streaming service is very broken. As is my current situation, I have not been able to stream ANY channels for almost 2 weeks now. This leads me into the customer service side of it, which is the absolute worst. Getting a response, much less a fix, from customer service takes weeks, not 24 hours as they advertise on the platform. I'm still currently waiting on any response/resolution to my current problem on NO CHANNELS ARE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. I'd look for other options than this platform. This is very unfortunate because they used to be great and I'm a 5 year member using this platform. This will be my last year of membership and I've already requested cancellation and refund for months not being used.

I loved nflhdtv - was perfect - had EVERY football game - even on an island in Alaska. Now back home in Wisconsin - it does not work! Sent multiple messages to customer service with no response. SO SAD - I loved this service!!

Highly Unsatisfactory
I have experienced spotty service at best. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. I have never received a response from customer service. Right now I have been without any service for 4 days. I have already paid for a year subscription and I assume that money is gone with no hope of recovery or satisfactory streaming service.

I was able to get all the game and it worked fairly well, a few long buffering problems , but now when I log on and choose a channel, it wont come up and says hls: networkerror_manifestload/timeout

Tried to buy a subscription and received no response from the help desk. Sent numerous messages with no response. I honestly think the site is actually offline with no return. Do not purchase anything from NFLHDTV you will lose your money

This website and service is plagued with constant problems and I'm convinced their "customer service department" is one guy in a basement somewhere. There have been several times where I send an email to customer service and hear nothing back. Not until I send 4 or 5 emails - then MAYBE I'll get a response. Bit right now, not even that is working. I'm starting to think the website might be done. So nice that we're in the middle of our subscription

ALERT!
The only reason there is one star is because you cannot start your complaint without it. These people are Crooks!!!! I could not maintain signal because of their never ending Buffering. So when I tried logging out and back in they locked my account. I have sent 10 emails since Dec 26th and have not received any replies. There is no way to contact them, and they ignore Any type of resolution. I am perusing action against them through the regulatory agency’s.
