Terrible service, i waited for 6 months to receive my gloves and many emails, and every time they would say the gloves were on backorder and had no eta. Meanwhile from other companies i received my gloves within a week. Then Northern Safety emailed me saying the manufacturer still had no eta so they were cancelling the order. Do Not Order from Northern Safety & Industrial.
I needed a specific diameter of toilet paper core size that was advertised on this site. I received my order in a timely manner but... the size of the paper core did not match the specifications advertised on their site. I hope they correct this error. Do not advertise 1 1/2" when in reality it is 1 5/8".
I ordered nitrile gloves from this company on April 30, 2020. They said were in stock when ordered. It is now July 19th and I still have not received the item. They claim covid impact, but then why are they still advertising these gloves on their web site. Bad bad company.
So I inadvertently ordered the incorrect filters for my respirator. I discovered this when I saw my order confirmation about 90 minutes later. I called customer service to cancel and was informed the order already shipped. I specifically asked if the order had already been given to UPS and the CS agent said "Yes". Well, I checked the tracking number that was in the confirmation and UPS had not record of it meaning that the shipping manifest info or the pick up scan had not yet been received. As of right now, 5 hours after the order, UPS still has no information.Also, when I asked to return the item, I was told that that is not possible because of the coronavirus situation. What???? These filters are for a respirator used for spraying paint...Total BS from this company....Do Not buy from them..
