Bad experience with Ondisteam hair. It’s awful
Been a customer since they were yonce, about ten years now…the quality is not the same. Just made a purchase from her ondisteam website…it was b2 g1 and I should’ve known better. The hair is awful. Sheds TERRIBLY and is nowhere near the quality Im used to getting from her company. I usually can get about a year or two worth of wear before it goes bad. I still have two previous purchases in my hair closet from like 2022. This last order from 12/24 which was installed a month ago (in January 2025) isn’t gonna last long at all bcuz the shedding is so bad its embarrassing. And I paid over $600. Never shopping with her again. Money is tight for most of us and im sure no one wants to just throw away $600

I absolutely love Ondibu Hair!
I absolutely love Ondibu Hair! I have purchased two clip-in textures, Wavy Curly Clip-Ins and Natural Wavy Seamless Clips and both I’ve been using over and over for the past year. I even took the clips off the Wavy Curly wefts and sewed in the hair! After that of course it was minimal shedding because I cut the thread, but otherwise my experience with the hair has been great. I’ve spent money on pack hair, other hair I’ve paid over $500 for, but this brand is the best in my experience by far. This hair matches my hair so closely that people think it’s mine! Lol I’m happy with this hair and the professionalism of the business.

The last 2 times I ordered a closure it…
The last 2 times I ordered a closure it had a bald spot in less then 30 days. Not to mention the "Indian wavy" hair sheds like cheap $ store hair. Yall can't have this crappy hair and continue to charge premium prices.

Ondibu hair is TRASH!
This hair was trash right out of the box. I never even got to wear it! It tangled, shed and matted up like a sick animal before, during and after the wash. A complete waste of $1,500...YESS YOU READ THAT RIGHT...1,500 hard earned dollars wasted. Do not fall for the smoke and mirrors Ondibu hair is TRASH!!

Their hair is complete garbage
Their hair is complete garbage. They lie about the quality, send influencers an ok batch and sell the rest of us matted hair. I cannot stand when people take advantage of others and this company is the prime example. Don’t trust fake reviews. I wasted so much money here.

Coarse Wavy Cambodian - dont buy!
I bought the coarse wavy Cambodian hair and it was anything but coarse and wavy. The hair I received was a brown color- maybe a 4. It was slightly wavy but mostly silky. I have natural 4A hair and it didnt really blend. Bought the hair based upon Ivy's ( youtube) review. The hair I received looked nothing like the hair Ivy received. There are more reasonably priced places to purchase Cambodian hair. Definitely wasn't worth $600+ for three bundles.

Scammers!!!DONT send the hair that you ordered they will short you several inches and refused to return or refund!
I would give this company zero stars if given the option! I ordered a 24 inch Roth cambodian HD frontal and they sent me an 18 inch! I reached out to them expecting them to quickly correct the mistake but apparently they purposely sent me an 18 inch frontal and then try to convince me that I was measuring it incorrectly! The hair on the frontal is literally 18 inches at best at its longest section! I disputed it with my bank. I was refunded the first two payments made and this company has been blocked from receiving any future payments from me ever! It doesn’t pay to be dishonest because I got to keep the hair and they are out of their money!

This hair is my far the best hair I…
This hair is my far the best hair I have installed in my hair at all times. The quality is so good. It’s worth the money and more. Ladies don’t miss out on this investment. Go shop obdibu hair.

Avoid oh.ondi, ondibuhair.com, and Shaun!
Avoid ondibuhair/Ondibu! No matter if the company changes its name again, if Shaun is the owner, avoid! The Cambodian full-lace units I received had numerous defects. The defects were loose threads, poor stitching in the middle part of the mesh on one of the lace caps, and loose lace around the adjustable straps. The ends of the hair were really horrendous for $695 per wig; the ends were untidy, thin, and uneven on both of the wigs; in general, the hair was thin regardless, and I did not believe that the full lace wigs were 180% density. There's no customization or styling, and for their prices, that is a cruel joke. There were also a lot of short returns throughout the construction of the units, probably to falsely bulk out the full lace units to appear fuller, and I didn’t know there would be short pieces or baby hairs at the back, nor did I ask for this; the company just sent what they wanted. Before purchasing I requested for my Ondibu two full units:Cambodian Straight HD Full Lace Wig ONE SIZE: FITS 21 - 23 INCH HEAD / 20 INCHI even included a note of my requests, which included that lace color is difficult for me (usually too dark), and most importantly, ‘full and evenly cut ends’ when checking out to pay them; ‘full and evenly cut ends’ was even on my confirmation/receipt letter, which is evidence that I didn’t receive what I paid for—so does their policy hold any value if their customers' notes don’t? I learned the hard way that expensive doesn't mean quality; at least if things go wrong with a hair company for less money, you won't be stressed out by the amount, compared to a more expensive company.Their customer service is a whole other issue; everyone who works there (maybe it's just the owner, Shaun) is uncooperative and doesn't care to ameliorate or resolve any issues; they take extremely long to reply; and overall, they just caused me significant distress. If you are thinking of purchasing from Ondibu, please don't! I was desperate and made a foolish mistake. There are also other negative reviews if you look around; don't just rely on Instagram (most of their posts are unprofessional). I believe they only show you what they want you to see. Fortunately, PayPal made sure I was refunded, albeit only after Ondibu wasted 1-2 months of my time and didn't take responsibility; all of this because Ondibu appears to only care about making money at the expense of their customers satisfaction. Please do your research and look elsewhere (such as direct raw Indian or Cambodian hair suppliers). You have been warned!
